Method for measuring phenol compounds in tobacco

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for measuring phenol compounds in a tobacco was proposed, which comprises the following steps: extracting the compounds from the tobacco by using supercritical fluid, sectionalizing an extracting solution by using Supercritical fluid chromatography to divide the extracting solution into a plurality of sections of fractions, and analyzing each section of fraction with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
Journal ArticleDOI

A nonlinear regression model applied to kinetic studies of ester hydrolysis with a surface acoustic wave sensor

TL;DR: A non-linear regression model was derived for the simultaneous determination of the rate constant in alkaline hydrolysis of esters and the initial concentration of ester based on the linear relationship between the frequency response of the surface acoustic wave sensor system and the conductivity of the solution.
Journal ArticleDOI

Impedance sensor for dissolved nitrogen oxide using a series piezoelectric crystal device

TL;DR: An impedance sensor for the determination of nitrogen oxide in aqueous solution is presented in this paper, which is realized by using a series piezoelectric crystal (SPC) device.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dual-Product Synergistically Enhanced Colorimetric Assay for Sensitive Detection of Lipid Transferase Activity.

TL;DR: The proposed AuNP-based colorimetric method with dual-product synergistically enhanced sensitivity for convenient detection of lipid transferase activity is promising for universal application to other lipid transferases and exhibits great potential in lipidtransferase-targeted drug development.
Journal ArticleDOI

The study of diffusion of media in the organic coating films by BAW admittance analysis

TL;DR: In this paper, a new method for the study of diffusion of media in coating films, bulk acoustic wave (BAW) admittance analysis has been proposed in order to provide real-time information on the change of the film mass, mechanic property of the layer, and the permeation process of the media.
