Journal ArticleDOI

Real-time monitoring of the cell agglutination process with a quartz crystal microbalance.

TL;DR: The current work proved that the QCM measurement technique based on cell agglutination was useful for discriminating hepatic normal cells (L-02) and hepatic cancer cells (Bel7402).
Journal ArticleDOI

Dual amplification strategy of highly sensitive thrombin amperometric aptasensor based on chitosan–Au nanocomposites

TL;DR: Under optimized conditions, ultrasensitive and high specific detection for thrombin was realized with the proposed assay strategy and promise extensive applications of this newly proposed signal amplification strategy in protein detection and disease diagnosis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electrochemical Behavior of MCF‐7 Cells on Carbon Nanotube Modified Electrode and Application in Evaluating the Effect of 5‐Fluorouracil

TL;DR: In this article, the electrochemical behavior of human breast cancer cells (MCF-7) suspension on multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) modified graphite electrode was studied by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and potentiometric stripping analysis (PSA).
Journal ArticleDOI

Fluorescent detection of copper(II) based on DNA-templated click chemistry and graphene oxide.

TL;DR: A novel DNA-templated click chemistry strategy for homogenous fluorescent detection of Cu(2+) has been developed based on click ligation-dependent DNA structure switch and the selective quenching ability of graphene oxide (GO) nanosheet, which is highly sensitive and selective for Cu( 2+) detection.
Journal ArticleDOI

The detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum sample based on a wireless magnetoelastic-sensing device.

TL;DR: The sensor can be used effectively for monitoring the bacterial growth and good results were obtained when used in sputum sample and the wireless nature of the presented device facilitates the aseptic operations.
