Complete Responses in Patients with Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome (ALPS) Using the mTOR Inhibitor Sirolimus (rapamycin)

TL;DR: Sirolimus significantly reduced the lymphoproliferative state and improved autoimmunity in patients with ALPS who had failed other therapies and should be considered as second line therapy for patients with steroid-refractory or steroid-intolerant disease.
