Multiple topological states in iron-based superconductors
Peng Zhang,Zhijun Wang,Xianxin Wu,Koichiro Yaji,Yukiaki Ishida,Yoshimitsu Kohama,Guangyang Dai,Yue Sun,Cédric Bareille,Kenta Kuroda,Takeshi Kondo,Kozo Okazaki,Koichi Kindo,Xiancheng Wang,Changqing Jin,Jiangping Hu,Ronny Thomale,Kazuki Sumida,Shilong Wu,Koji Miyamoto,Taichi Okuda,Hong Ding,Genda Gu,Tsuyoshi Tamegai,Takuto Kawakami,Masatoshi Sato,Shik Shin +26 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors identify both topological insulator and Dirac semimetal states near the Fermi energy in different iron-based high-temperature superconducting compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI
Symmetry-Protected Topological Superfluids and Superconductors —From the Basics to 3He—
Takeshi Mizushima,Yasumasa Tsutsumi,Takuto Kawakami,Masatoshi Sato,Masanori Ichioka,Kazushige Machida +5 more
TL;DR: A comprehensive review of symmetry-protected topological superfluids and topological crystalline superconductors, and their physical consequences such as helical and chiral Majorana fermions is given in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Stable Skyrmions in SU(2) gauged Bose-Einstein condensates.
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that the three-dimensional Skyrmion spontaneously appears as the ground state of SU(2) symmetric Bose-Einstein condensates coupled with a non-Abelian gauge field, which is identified by estimating winding numbers and helicity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Symmetry Protected Topological Superfluids and Superconductors --- From the Basics to $^3$He ---
Takeshi Mizushima,Yasumasa Tsutsumi,Takuto Kawakami,Masatoshi Sato,Masanori Ichioka,Kazushige Machida +5 more
TL;DR: A comprehensive review of recent progress in research on symmetry-protected topological superfluids and topological crystalline superconductors, and their physical consequences such as helical and chiral Majorana fermions is given in this article.
Journal ArticleDOI
Imaging Josephson vortices on the surface superconductor Si(111)-(√7×√3)-In using a scanning tunneling microscope.
Shunsuke Yoshizawa,Howon Kim,Takuto Kawakami,Yuki Nagai,Tomonobu Nakayama,Xiao Hu,Yukio Hasegawa,Takashi Uchihashi +7 more
TL;DR: Numerical calculations combined with experiments clarify that the crossover behavior from Pearl to Josephson vortices is clearly identified from their elongated shapes along the steps and significant recovery of superconductivity within the cores.
