Diameter dependence of ferromagnetic spin moment in Au nanocrystals
TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetic moment per Au atom in the particle attains its maximum value at a diameter of about 3 nanometer (nm) in the Magnetization-Diameter curve.
Journal ArticleDOI
Flower‐Shaped Supramolecular Assemblies: Hierarchical Organization of a Fullerene Bearing Long Aliphatic Chains

Journal ArticleDOI
Anomalous magnetic polarization effect of Pd and Au nano-particles
TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetization of Pd and Au nano-particles with a diameter of around 3 nm was measured down to 4.2 K. This result can not be understood by so-called odd/even electron number effect and Stoner's enhancement model.
Journal ArticleDOI
Formation of monodispersed ultrafine platinum particles and their electrophoretic deposition on electrodes
Journal ArticleDOI
Simple reductant concentration-dependent shape control of polyhedral gold nanoparticles and their plasmonic properties.
TL;DR: A facile seed-mediated method for the synthesis of monodisperse polyhedral gold nanoparticles, with systematic shape evolution from octahedral to trisoctahedral structures is reported, with automatic control over the particle growth process.
