TL;DR: The results indicate that the most prevalent leisure time (sedentary) behaviour, television viewing, independently contributes to increased CVD risk and recommendations on reducing television viewing time should be considered.

TL;DR: The total amount of physical activity (AEE) was related to the maturity level in adolescent boys and girls, at least in adolescent girls, and the data support the promotion of a daily active lifestyle among young people.
