Sulfated and Sulfur-Containing Steroids and Their Pharmacological Profile.
TL;DR: The pharmacological profile of sulfated steroids, triterpenoids, and sulfated-containing steroids is presented in this article, which demonstrate a wide range of biological activities, including strong antitumor activity with a confidence level of more than 90%.
Journal Article
Separation of sulfur-containing fatty acids from garlic, allium sativum, using serially coupled capillary columns with consecutive nonpolar, semipolar, and polar stationary phases
TL;DR: The presence of sulfolipids in algae, diatoms, and marine invertebrates has been reported in several review articles and they have been identified in more than 30 species of green, brown, and red freshwater and marine macrophytic algae.
Journal ArticleDOI
Four New Derivatives of Trihomononactic Acids from Streptomyces globisporus
TL;DR: In this paper, a homolog of nonactic acid (trihomononactic acid), its lactone and dilactones were isolated from a strain of Streptomyces globisporus.
Journal ArticleDOI
The occurrence and structural identification of long-chain unsaturated ketones in the deep-lake invertebrate Acanthogammarus grewingkii
TL;DR: In this article, two long-chain saturated and unsaturated methyl-alkyiketones were identified in the deep-lake invertebrate Acanthogammarus grewingkii from Lake Baikal, Russia.
Chlorine-Containing Sesquiterpenes of Higher Plants
TL;DR: The structures of chlorine-containing sesquiterpenes produced by higher plants and data on the biological activity of some compounds are presented in this paper, where the authors also present the properties of the sesqerpenes.
