Miller,Michel Leblanc,German Ott,Stein Kvaløy,Jan Delabie,Harald Holte,Peter Krajci,Trond Stokke,Louis M. Staudt +40 more
TL;DR: DNA microarrays can be used to formulate a molecular predictor of survival after chemotherapy for diffuse large-B-cell lymphoma and this gene-based predictor and the international prognostic index were independent prognostic indicators.
Journal ArticleDOI
The proliferation gene expression signature is a quantitative integrator of oncogenic events that predicts survival in mantle cell lymphoma

TL;DR: A quantitative model of the aberrant cell cycle regulation in MCL is proposed that provides a rationale for the design of cell cycle inhibitor therapy in this malignancy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Molecular diagnosis of Burkitt's lymphoma.
Sandeep S. Dave,Kai Fu,George E. Wright,Lloyd T. Lam,Philip M. Kluin,Evert Jan Boerma,Timothy C. Greiner,Dennis D. Weisenburger,Andreas Rosenwald,German Ott,Hans Konrad Müller-Hermelink,Randy D. Gascoyne,Jan Delabie,Lisa M. Rimsza,Rita M. Braziel,Thomas M. Grogan,Elias Campo,Elaine S. Jaffe,Bhavana J. Dave,Warren G. Sanger,Martin Bast,Julie M. Vose,James O. Armitage,Joseph M. Chan,Louis M. Staudt +37 more
TL;DR: Gene-expression profiling is an accurate, quantitative method for distinguishing Burkitt's lymphoma from diffuse large-B-cell lymphoma and the overall survival was superior among those who had received intensive chemotherapy regimens instead of lower-dose regimens.
Journal ArticleDOI
Producing primate embryonic stem cells by somatic cell nuclear transfer
James Byrne,D. A. Pedersen,Lisa Clepper,Marilu Nelson,Warren G. Sanger,S. Gokhale,Don P. Wolf,Shoukhrat Mitalipov +7 more
TL;DR: A modified SCNT approach is used to produce rhesus macaque blastocysts from adult skin fibroblasts, and two ES cell lines are isolated from these embryos, representing successful nuclear reprogramming of adult somatic cells into pluripotent ES cells and demonstrating proof-of-concept for therapeutic cloning in primates.
Journal ArticleDOI
An evidence-based approach to establish the functional and clinical significance of copy number variants in intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Erin B. Kaminsky,Vineith Kaul,Justin Paschall,Deanna M. Church,Brian Bunke,Dawn Kunig,Daniel Moreno-De-Luca,Andres Moreno-De-Luca,Jennifer G. Mulle,Stephen T. Warren,Gabriele Richard,John G. Katharine Rudd,Sarah T. South,Arthur R. Brothman,Warren G. Sanger,Ramaswamy K. Iyer,John A. Crolla,Erik C. Thorland,Swaroop Aradhya,David H. Ledbetter,David H. Ledbetter,Christa Lese Martin +34 more
TL;DR: This study presents the largest copy number variant case-control study to date comprising 15,749 International Standards for Cytogenomic Arrays cases and 10,118 published controls, focusing on recurrent deletions and duplications involving 14 Copy number variant regions.
