TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper investigated the effects of different types of heart failure on long-term renal prognosis in patients with renal insufficiency and heart failure, and showed that heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF, LVEF ≥ 50%) was an independent risk factor of poor longterm renal patients with heart failure.
