Andrographolide ameliorates oxidative stress, inflammation and histological outcome in complete Freund's adjuvant-induced arthritis.
Shasha Luo,He Li,Jingjing Liu,Xiaoqian Xie,Zhijie Wan,Yale Wang,Zeyue Zhao,Xiaohan Wu,Xinxin Li,Min Yang,Xiaotian Li +10 more
TL;DR: Andrographolide acts as a protective agent for the treatment of complete freund's adjuvant induced rheumatoid arthritis by inhibiting lipid peroxidation and nitrite/nitrate levels in a dose-dependent manner, enhancing antioxidant enzyme activity, reducing levels of chemokines and inflammatory factors, preventing neutrophil accumulation and infiltration.
Journal ArticleDOI
Evaluation of the effect of andrographolide and methotrexate combined therapy in complete Freund's adjuvant induced arthritis with reduced hepatotoxicity.
Fenfen Li,He Li,Shasha Luo,Yantao Ran,Xiaoqian Xie,Yale Wang,Ming Zheng,Mengzhen Wang,Zeyue Zhao,Xiaotian Li +9 more
TL;DR: A combined therapy of andrographolide and methotrexate significantly alleviated MTX-induced hepatocellular injury and strengthened the anti-arthritic effect.
Journal ArticleDOI
Therapeutic effects of gentiopicroside on adjuvant-induced arthritis by inhibiting inflammation and oxidative stress in rats
Xiaoqian Xie,He Li,Yale Wang,Zhijie Wan,Shasha Luo,Zeyue Zhao,Jingjing Liu,Xiaohan Wu,Xinxin Li,Xiaotian Li +9 more
TL;DR: The therapeutic effects of GPS on AA rats are associated with anti-inflammation and antioxidation, and results indicate that GPS increases the levels of GSH-Px, SOD and GSH, and reduces the Levels of MDA and PCO.
Journal ArticleDOI
In vitro and in vivo assessment of the antibacterial activity of colistin alone and in combination with other antibiotics against Acinetobacter baumannii and Escherichia coli.
Yale Wang,He Li,Xiaoqian Xie,Xiaohan Wu,Xinxin Li,Zeyue Zhao,Shasha Luo,Zhijie Wan,Jingjing Liu,Lei Fu,Xiaotian Li +10 more
TL;DR: In-depth in vitro tests demonstrated that COL combined with DOR could be an attractive option, especially when COL MIC of the pathogen is ≥ 1 μg/ml, and in vivo tests suggested that intravenous CMS will be an effective and available therapeutic strategy for UTI due to MDR gram-negative pathogens.
Journal ArticleDOI
Migraine Is More Prevalent in Advanced-Stage Endometriosis, Especially When Co-Occuring with Adenomoysis
Yingchen Wu,Haiyan Wang,Shengfu Chen,Yueming Lin,Xiaoqian Xie,Guang-zhen Zhong,Qing-Xia Zhang +6 more
TL;DR: In migrainous women, the risk of endometriosis co-exist with adenomyosis increased, with nearly fivefold greater odds compared with control, and it is found migraineous women suffer more frequently from sever endometRIosis, especially endometiosis with co-occurring adenomeosis.
