Journal ArticleDOI

The lncRNA H19 promotes epithelial to mesenchymal transition by functioning as miRNA sponges in colorectal cancer

TL;DR: It is implied that the lncRNA H19 modulated the expression of multiple genes involved in EMT by acting as a competing endogenous RNA, which may build up the missing link between the regulatory miRNA network and EMT progression.
Journal ArticleDOI

Papain-directed synthesis of luminescent gold nanoclusters and the sensitive detection of Cu2+.

TL;DR: Highly fluorescent papain stabilized gold nanoclusters (NCs) have been synthesized through a simple wet chemical route and the sensing strategy is also highly selective against the various potential interference ions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cysteine-directed fluorescent gold nanoclusters for the sensing of pyrophosphate and alkaline phosphatase

TL;DR: The strategy employed here offers a new way to construct novel nanomaterial-based biosensors that could be useful as label-free fluorescent sensors for the detection of the biologically important molecules pyrophosphate (PPi) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP).
Journal ArticleDOI

Diastereo- and enantioselective [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction of Morita-Baylis-Hillman carbonates of isatins with N-phenylmaleimide catalyzed by Me-DuPhos.

TL;DR: A Me-DuPhos-catalyzed efficient asymmetric [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction between Morita-Baylis-Hillman carbonates of isatins and N-phenylmaleimide has been developed to afford spirocyclopentaneoxindoles in good yields with excellent diastereo- and enantioselectivies.
