Journal ArticleDOI

Bulk crystal growth of hybrid perovskite material CH3NH3PbI3

TL;DR: In this article, a single crystal of tetragonal CH3NH3PbI3 with dimensions of 10 mm × 10mm × 8 mm was grown by a temperature-lowering method in HI solution.
Journal ArticleDOI

Formation of Hybrid Perovskite Tin Iodide Single Crystals by Top-Seeded Solution Growth.

TL;DR: Bulk single crystals of both cubic CH3NH3 SnI 3 and CH(NH2)2 SnI3 were obtained by using the top-seeded solution growth method under an ambient atmosphere, and structural refinement, band gap, thermal properties, and XPS measurements should pave the way for further applications of hybrid perovskites.
Journal ArticleDOI

Phase transition induced recrystallization and low surface potential barrier leading to 10.91%-efficient CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cells

TL;DR: In this paper, the perovskite derivative phases as nucleation sites transform to the pure CsPbBr3 phase accompanied by crystal rearrangements and retard rapid recrystallization.
Journal ArticleDOI

High-Efficiency Single-Component Organic Light-Emitting Transistors.

TL;DR: The demonstration of strong and spatially controlled light emission within both p- and n- conducting channels and output of high external quantum efficiency (EQE) demonstrate the great potential applications of high mobility emissive organic semiconductors for next-generation rapid development of high-performance single-component OLETs and their related organic integrated electro-optical devices.
