Journal ArticleDOI
Beyond Anti-viral Effects of Chloroquine/Hydroxychloroquine.
Vincent Gies,Nassima Bekaddour,Yannick Dieudonné,Aurélien Guffroy,Quentin Frenger,Frédéric Gros,Mathieu P Rodero,Jean-Philippe Herbeuval,Anne-Sophie Korganow +8 more
TL;DR: Although these treatments could be an interesting potential strategy to limit progression toward uncontrolled inflammation, they do not appear per se sufficiently potent to control the whole inflammatory process in COVID-19, and more targeted and/or potent therapies should be required at least in add-on.
Journal ArticleDOI
Control of TLR7-mediated type I IFN signaling in pDCs through CXCR4 engagement—A new target for lupus treatment
Nikaïa Smith,Mathieu P Rodero,Mathieu P Rodero,Nassima Bekaddour,Nassima Bekaddour,Vincent Bondet,Vincent Bondet,Yasser B. Ruiz-Blanco,Mirja Harms,Benjamin Mayer,Brigitte Bader-Meunier,Pierre Quartier,Christine Bodemer,Christine Bodemer,Véronique Baudouin,Yannick Dieudonné,Yannick Dieudonné,Frank Kirchhoff,Elsa Sanchez Garcia,Bruno Charbit,Nicolas Leboulanger,Nicolas Leboulanger,Bernd Jahrsdörfer,Yolande Richard,Yolande Richard,Yolande Richard,Anne-Sophie Korganow,Anne-Sophie Korganow,Jan Münch,Sébastien Nisole,Darragh Duffy,Darragh Duffy,Jean-Philippe Herbeuval,Jean-Philippe Herbeuval +33 more
TL;DR: In a TLR7-dependent lupus-like model, in vivo treatment of mice with IT1t drives drastic reduction of both systemic inflammation and anti–double-stranded DNA autoantibodies and prevents glomerulonephritis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Immune Defect in Adults With Down Syndrome: Insights Into a Complex Issue.
Yannick Dieudonné,Béatrice Uring-Lambert,Mohamed Jeljeli,Vincent Gies,Yves Alembik,Anne-Sophie Korganow,Aurélien Guffroy +6 more
TL;DR: It is observed that these adults with DS had an aberrant lymphocyte phenotype with decreased naïve/memory T cell ratios and reduced numbers of switched memory B cells, which could explain the increased risk of developing autoimmunity, malignancies, and infections at adulthood.
Journal ArticleDOI
Granulomatosis-associated myositis: High prevalence of sporadic inclusion body myositis
Yannick Dieudonné,Yves Allenbach,Olivier Benveniste,Sarah Leonard-Louis,Baptiste Hervier,Kuberaka Mariampillai,Benoit Nespola,Béatrice Lannes,Andoni Echaniz-Laguna,Daniel Wendling,Christian Von Frenckell,Nicolas Poursac,Emmanuel Mortier,Christian Lavigne,Olivier Hinschberger,Julie Magnant,Jacques-Eric Gottenberg,Bernard Geny,Jean Sibilia,Alain Meyer +19 more
TL;DR: Patients with granuloma-myositis should be carefully screened for sIBM associated with sarcoidosis in order to best tailor their care.
Journal ArticleDOI
Follow-up of COVID-19 patients: LA is transient but other aPLs are persistent.
Olivier Vollmer,Charles-Ambroise Tacquard,Yannick Dieudonné,Benoit Nespola,Laurent Sattler,Lelia Grunebaum,Vincent Gies,Mirjana Radosavljevic,Charlotte Kaeuffer,Yves Hansmann,Jean-Christophe Weber,Thierry Martin,Laurent Arnaud,Olivier Morel,Aurélien Guffroy,Olivier Collange,Paul-Michel Mertes,Anne-Sophie Korganow,Xavier Delabranche,Vincent Poindron +19 more
