Journal ArticleDOI

Cation and anion immobilization through chemical bonding enhancement with fluorides for stable halide perovskite solar cells

TL;DR: Li et al. as discussed by the authors employed fluoride to simultaneously passivate both anion and cation vacancies, by taking advantage of the extremely high electronegativity of fluoride, and obtained a power conversion efficiency of 21.46% (and a certified 21.3%-efficient cell) in a device based on the caesium, methylammonium (MA), and formamidinium (FA) triple-cation perovskite (Cs0.05FA0.41)Pb(I0.98Br0.02)3 treated with sodium
Journal ArticleDOI

Liquid medium annealing for fabricating durable perovskite solar cells with improved reproducibility.

TL;DR: In this paper, a liquid medium annealing (LMA) technology is used to create a robust chemical environment and constant heating field to modulate crystal growth over the entire film, which produces films with high crystallinity, fewer defects, desired stoichiometry, and overall film homogeneity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Thickness-Dependent In-Plane Polarization and Structural Phase Transition in van der Waals Ferroelectric CuInP 2 S 6

TL;DR: These findings demonstrate the foundational importance of structural phase transition for enhancing the rich functionality and broad utility of vdW ferroelectrics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Manipulation of current rectification in van der Waals ferroionic CuInP2S6

TL;DR: In this article , a van der Waals ferroelectric memristor with continuous modulation of current and self-rectifying to different bias stimuli (sweeping speed, direction, amplitude, etc.) and external mechanical load is presented.
