Journal ArticleDOI

NC-6300, an epirubicin-incorporating micelle, extends the antitumor effect and reduces the cardiotoxicity of epirubicin

TL;DR: NC‐6300 showed a significantly potent antitumor effect against Hep3B s.c. tumors compared with epirubicin and produced a significantly longer survival rate than epirUBicin against the liver orthotopic tumor of Hep3 B.
Journal ArticleDOI

Distribution of Ra isotopes and the 210Pb and 210Po balance in surface seawaters of the mid Northern Hemisphere

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors compared the steady state balance of 210 Pb and 210 Po in the surface waters for different oceanic regions, and compared with those obtained by sediment-trap experiments.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fecal miR-106a is a useful marker for colorectal cancer patients with false-negative results in immunochemical fecal occult blood test

TL;DR: Fecal miR-106a is a good molecular marker to identify colorectal cancer patients from among those with negative i FOBT results and FmiRT combined with iFOBT may improve the sensitivity to detect coloreCTal cancer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Determination of stress intensity factors in cracked plates by the finite element method

TL;DR: In this paper, a new method for the analysis of stresses around cracks is proposed on the basis of the superposition of analytical and finite element solutions, and it is shown that their numerical results are in excellent agreement with analytical ones.
