TL;DR: This paper proposes performance analysis and comparison framework for SEND functionalities, and discusses the practical consideration and approaches of SEND deployment in securing IPv6 network.
Abstract: Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) was standardized more than a decade and a half ago even then the security associations has not yet gained its momentum. IPv6 nodes use the Neighbor Discovery Protocol (NDP) to discover other link local address on the link, NDP covers host initialization and address auto configuration. IPv6 mandates to support Internet Protocol Security (IPSec). However, this security protocol does not cover the link local communication that uses neighbor discovery. NDP is vulnerable to various attacks when it is not secured and impractical due to the very large number of manually configured security associations needed for protecting NDP. For this reason, RFC 3971, the SEcure Neighbor Discovery (SEND) Protocol was proposed. SEND is a Strong security mechanism that can make the IPv6 link-local communication very safe. Although the SEND is considered to be a promising solution with which to protect NDP and to make IPv6 a very secure protocol, the deployment is not easy and thus very challenging. This paper propose performance analysis and comparison framework for SEND functionalities, discuss the practical consideration and approaches of SEND deployment in securing IPv6 network.

But the idea of equality regarding socioeconomic development among all sections of people seemed questionable in such situation.
Abstract: The socio-economic condition of individuals of any society is comprised of vast arena of subjects, and any rational being favours for their improvement. Earning opportunities, educational attainment and health facilities are such indicators for an improved socio-economic condition of any community . Indeed their measurements is difficult, most of the social scientist have focused to concentrate on these prominent aspects to grasp, compare and contrast socio-economic condition of any group of people. Socio-economic condition being a complicated aspect, its realization rests on both qualitative and quantitative analysis. However, its assessment and analysis is necessary to diagnose for further improvement of quality of life of people. The holistic approach of Indian economy clearly indicated achieving the main objectives of rapid economic growth with social justice. After six decades of planning in India, living standard of average Indian has improved but certain groups of people in our community are lagged behind to cope with ongoing development activities. The Deshi Muslim community is an indigenous ethnic group of Assam. Traditionally, this section of people is rural based and primarily depends on Agriculture and other petty manual works for their livelihood. So, this section of people remains far behind to achieve educational attainment, realizing health facilities, earning opportunities etc. The idea of equality regarding socio-economic development among all sections of people seemed questionable in such situation. To observe the reality in grassroots a micro level study is adopted. Therefore, a study entitled “Socio-economic Status of Deshi Muslims: A case study of Matia Community Development Block of Goalpara District, Assam, India” is adopted.

TL;DR: Cognitive style of humans will be morphed in this engine, with a difference that computers don't make mistakes until told to, and the main contribution of this paper is towards developing a technical vision for USIE.
Abstract: This paper models a futuristic vision towards developing an Ultra Sapient Inference Engine (USIE) in Computer Science. Humans are considered as the most Sapient living creatures on Earth and have been named Homo-Sapiens scientifically. Bayesian models have been considered naturally appealing for quantifying relevance in intelligent inference along with the usage of probability theory & its main streams [1]. We shall also draw our paper from various fields in artificial Intelligence, perspicacious learning systems, neural networks, expert system and management Science as primal tools to develop USIE. Humans have a limited amount of attention to pay while inferring a solution collectively. It takes decades by scientists to diagnose & come up with epistemological solution for a scientific mystery. However if we are able to automate intelligent inference, it is ought to save considerable amount of time along with accurate results. We can say that cognitive style of humans will be morphed in this engine, with a difference that computers don't make mistakes until told to. The greatest challenge is to diagnose selection of rulings to be used during a collective inference and apply versatile decision process. The main contribution of this paper is towards developing a technical vision for USIE.

TL;DR: This paper explores the use of cryptography techniques, namely RSA with Chinese remainder theorem (CRT) to encrypt and decrypt the database, when all the parties are trying to find their global result in presence of trusted third party or absence of trustedThird party, without disclosing their private information to each other.
Abstract: Most data mining applications are based on information sharing and additional challenges, when we are dealing with data that are containing sensitive or private information. There is no common data mining technique available that deals with private information without any leakage. Therefore, the knowledge extracted from such data may disclose the pattern with sensitive/private information. This may put privacy on the individual/group of parties. In the past few years, privacy preserving data mining has attracted the research interest and potential for a wide area of applications. There are many techniques for privacy preservation like cryptography, anonymity, and randomization, etc., experimented for privacy preservation in data mining. In this paper, information system-based approach is considered, so some of the attributes required higher privacy compared to the other attributes. This paper explores the use of cryptography techniques, namely RSA with Chinese remainder theorem (CRT) to encrypt and decrypt the database, when all the parties are trying to find their global result in presence of trusted third party or absence of trusted third party, without disclosing their private information to each other.

TL;DR: The n-butanolic fraction of T. foenum-graecum (Linn.) seed extract significantly reduced the level of antioxidant enzymes as well as membrane stabilizing markers, which may be due to both stabilizing actions of membrane marker enzymes or inhibition of oxidative free radicals.
Abstract: Objective: The present study was aimed to assess the anti-arthritic activity of petroleum ether and n-butanolic fraction of Trigonella foenum-graecum (Linn.) seed extract against Freund’s complete adjuvant induced arthritis in rats. Materials and Methods: Methanolic extract of T. foenum-graecum (Linn.) seeds were fractionated in various organic solvents and on the basis of results of in vitro protein denaturation and proteinase inhibitory activity (data not shown here), petroleum ether and n-butanolic fractions were selected for anti-arthritic activity. The active petroleum ether and n-butanolic fraction were administered at the dose of 50 and 100 mg/kg body weight. The effects of both fractions on liver alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and lactate dehydrogenase levels and malondialdehyde, glutathione (GSH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) from articular cartilages in arthritic animals were studied. Prednisolone (10 mg/kg) was used as a standard. Results: In arthritic rats, the petroleum ether and n-butanolic fraction showed a highly significant reduction in paw volume (100 mg/kg - 68.37 and 75.21%) (P<0.01, 0.001). Membrane marker enzymes and oxidative free radicals were significantly decreased in the both fraction treated groups and GSH and SOD activities were significantly increased compared with the arthritic control. Among these two active fractions, n-butanolic fraction showed best activity as compared to petroleum ether fraction. Conclusion: The n-butanolic fraction of T. foenum-graecum (Linn.) seed extract significantly reduced the level of antioxidant enzymes as well as membrane stabilizing markers. The possible mechanism may be due to both stabilizing actions of membrane marker enzymes or inhibition of oxidative free radicals

TL;DR: These novel thiosalicylamide derived lead molecules are synthesized and tested for their in-vivo pharmacological activity by using isolated guinea-pig ileum muscles.
Abstract: Objective: Hypertension is one of the major causes of the cardiovascular diseases and in the later stages, it also damages the brain, kidneys, eyes and coronary arteries. It is also life threatening as it causes heart strokes and attacks. The calcium channels regulates blood pressure by muscle contraction triggered by neurotransmitter release to electrical excitation. Method: Calcium channel blocker drugs reduce intracellular calcium transfer to limit ATP release to reduce muscle cell contractility. They act, especially on the nodal tissues in the heart and arterial smooth muscle cells in which only slow calcium channel blockers opens without triggering of fast sodium ion channels. Pharmacophore approach is employed to generate novel thiosalicylamide derivatives having calcium channel blocking activity for treatment of hypertension. Result: These novel thiosalicylamide derived lead molecules are synthesized and tested for their in-vivo pharmacological activity by using isolated guinea-pig ileum muscles.
