TL;DR: The programa de credito de the Casa Campesina Cayambe de Pesillo, en the region norandina del Ecuador, was investigated in this article, with the goal of elevating the niveles de calidad de vida y participación de la comunidad.

TL;DR: This paper describes a method for fault diagnosis in gearboxes using features extracted from the Poincare plot of the vibration signal, which shows the highest accuracy attained is 95.3% when signals recorded using the load L1 are considered.
Abstract: This paper describes a method for fault diagnosis in gearboxes using features extracted from the Poincare plot of the vibration signal. Several features describing the geometrical shape of the Poincare plot are calculated and three of these features are selected for performing the classification of 10 types of faults recorded in the gearbox vibration signal dataset. A multi-class Error-Correcting Output Code Support Vector Machine is trained for performing the classification of faults. The cross-validation performed show that the highest accuracy attained is 95.3% when signals recorded using the load L1 are considered.

TL;DR: A low cost lighting control actuator was developed that was battery efficient and easy to use in a home automation system environment and XBee modules were chosen for their small size, low energy consumption and the large amount of documentation that exists in regard to its use.
Abstract: Competitive solutions to the growing demand for home automation will most likely include the use of low cost components, open source and open hardware Using the ZigBee protocol, a low cost lighting control actuator was developed that was battery efficient and easy to use in a home automation system environment Raspberry Pi was used to house a Web server, which provided the user an adaptive web application to access the lighting actuator control XBee modules were chosen for their small size, low energy consumption and the large amount of documentation that exists in regard to its use Considering the worst-case scenario, the lighting control actuator was designed so if its battery runs out of power or the ZigBee network fails, it can work as a normal light switch

TL;DR: The method is based on acquiring the radiation intensity in different angular positions, based on fixed-line-of-sight setting, far-field measurement techniques and probabilistic analysis, and provides a fast and simple mechanism for verifying antenna radiation patterns.
Abstract: Determination of antenna radiation pattern is an essential step for any communication systems. Although, there are several techniques available some of them are expensive, unreliable or complex. In this paper, a new measurement method of antenna radiation patterns that overcome some of these issues is presented and implemented. The method is based on acquiring the radiation intensity in different angular positions, based on fixed-line-of-sight setting, far-field measurement techniques and probabilistic analysis. The method provides a fast and simple mechanism for verifying antenna radiation patterns. The current method is used to determine the radiation pattern of a Yagi-Uda antenna with six parasitic elements of variable length and is compared with the theoretical models Delta-Gap and sinusoidal approximation of current for both planes electrical (E-Plane) and Magnetic (H-Plane).

TL;DR: This paper deploys Sporadic Ad-hoc Networks (SANs) over the devices of a group of always-on users who happen to be in a place to develop tailor-made services that exploit the particular context of the users, the possible similarities among their preferences and the technological capabilities of their terminals to establish ad-hock communications.
Abstract: In this paper we deploy Sporadic Ad-hoc Networks (SANs) over the devices of a group of always-on users who happen to be in a place. The goal is to develop tailor-made services that exploit the particular context of the users, the possible similarities among their preferences and the technological capabilities of their terminals to establish ad-hoc communications. In order to overcome the intrinsic limitations of mobile devices, we explore the new concept of Sporadic Cloud Computing (SCC) that is aimed at providing each terminal with extra resources by exploiting the capabilities of the rest of devices connected to each SAN. To abstract the complexity stemmed from the mobility scenarios, SCC works with a virtualization layer that deals with a few static virtual nodes instead of a higher number of mobile real nodes. This allows to turn our SANs into reliable and stable communication environments to promote interactions among potentially like-minded strangers.
