TL;DR: In this article, the authors compared demographic and clinical findings and prognosis in patients who have acute coronary syndrome with stenosis 50% with 213 patients (27.6%) during the period January 2010 through September 2015, patients were admitted at Algamhoria Teaching Hospital, Aden and undergone cardiac catheterization in Cardiac Surgery Center at Althawra Hospital, Sana'a.
Abstract: Background: Nonobstructive acute coronary syndrome or acute coronary syndrome with normal or near-normal coronary angiography (ACSNONCA) occurs in 10% to 25% of patients undergoing coronary angiography and in up to 6% of patients with troponin-positive ACS. Prevalence of ACSN-NOCA and its clinical outcomes were not discussed in previous studies in Yemen. Aim of Study: Our study aimed to compare demographic and clinical findings and prognosis in patients who have ACS with stenosis 50%) with 213 patients (27.6%). During the period January 2010 through September 2015, patients were admitted at Algamhoria Teaching Hospital, Aden and undergone cardiac catheterization in Cardiac Surgery Center at Althawra Hospital, Sana'a. Results: Group I Patients (stenosis <50%) were signifi-cantly younger were more likely to be female, younger, with fewer risk factors, compared to Group I Patients. We isolated and defined two subgroups within Group I: Group IA: Patients with normal angiograms (n=60, 52.6%) and Group IB patients with stenosis of 20-50% (n=54, 47.4%). Patients with stenosis of 20%-50% were relatively older males, with an increasing frequency of nondiabetic, with a history of chronic heavy chewing and with a worse prognosis, during long-term eval-uation. Follow-up data revealed that myocardial infarction was found in 1.8% of Group IA and in 5.2% of Group IB patients. Follow-up revealed no deaths in Group IA patients and two cardiac deaths (3.7%) in Group IB patients. Conclusions: Prognosis of patients with nonobstructive stenosis was significantly better than that of patients with critical obstructive stenosis. However, patients with stenosis of 20-50% had a worse prognosis than did those with normal coronary arteries.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors study components of the housing units of middle-income real estate projects and analyse them to help in achieving the principles of cost reduction, which can help interested proponents design residential units by considering a variety of elements, such as architectural spaces, sustainability, the number of occupants per unit and other aspects of housing.
Abstract: Housing is an economic, social and cultural right that should be readily available in all inhabited areas, and this right has been enshrined as an international human right. Affordable housing should be safe and comfortable, meet all of the needs and wants of current and future residents, be able to be owned at the lowest cost, be of the best possible quality and be able to be lived in at the lowest possible cost. Housing units that meet a set minimum standard for living and are owned or rented by persons below a certain income level are considered to be affordable housing. Therefore, a unit meeting the requirements for affordable housing is the primary criterion for determining whether the housing is affordable or not. In some cases, housing costs may be affordable, but middle-income families are still unable to obtain the kind of housing that meets the minimum levels of quality that they require. The purpose of this research paper was to study components of the housing units of middle-income real estate projects and analyse them to help in achieving the principles of cost reduction. The results can help interested proponents design residential units by considering a variety of elements, such as architectural spaces, sustainability, the number of occupants per unit and other aspects of housing. This study recommends increasing housing densities that reduce costs, developing flexible and straightforward architectural designs, lowering construction costs, increasing funding for housing and creating additional housing legislation.

TL;DR: In this article, a new model based on UTAUT model was proposed to increase the usage of E-banking services in developing countries, and the results showed that culture, IT support, familiarity, performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and effort expectancy were found to positively affect with the behavioural intention of E banking government services in Yemen.
Abstract: E-banking offers services to those under its jurisdiction, where they can benefit from all the electronic transactions with the E- banking. Most studies that look into usage models have not been tested extensively in developing countries, with inconsistent results noted in instances where these models have been tested in developing countries. Even among developing countries in the same region, there are many differences - economic, cultural, political, and demographic-features. This study keen to suggest a model that will increase the usage of E- banking services in developing countries. The pro-posed model may facilitate the understanding of how certain factors can affect the level of usage of E- banking government services in Yemen. The main objective of this study is to gauge the possible antecedents of E- banking services usage by working on a new model based on UTAUT model as well as to answer the research questions posed. This study applied a quantitative research methodology, which includes a numerical measurement and analysis of the factors which influence adoption. In this study, survey questionnaires which involved 393 respondents were be adopted to aggregate the results. The investigation seeks to identify whether variables – Culture, IT support, Familiarity, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions and Effort Expectancy with the behavioural intention of E-banking services in Yemen. The results show that culture, IT support, familiarity, performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and effort expectancy were found to positively affect with the behavioural intention of E-banking government services in Yemen.
