TL;DR: A MCDM method based on proposed novel aggregation operators (AOs) under linear Diophantine fuzzy set (LDFS) is proposed, which has the ability to relax the strict constraints of IFS, PFS, and –ROFS by considering reference/control parameters.
Abstract: The linear Diophantine fuzzy set (LDFS) has been proved to be an efficient tool in expressing decision maker (DM) evaluation values in multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) procedure. To more effectively represent DMs’ evaluation information in complicated MCDM process, this paper proposes a MCDM method based on proposed novel aggregation operators (AOs) under linear Diophantine fuzzy set (LDFS). A - Rung orthopair fuzzy set ( - ROFS), Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS), and intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) are rudimentary concepts in computational intelligence, which have diverse applications in modeling uncertainty and MCDM. Unfortunately, these theories have their own limitations related to the membership and nonmembership grades. The linear Diophantine fuzzy set (LDFS) is a new approach towards uncertainty which has the ability to relax the strict constraints of IFS, PFS, and –ROFS by considering reference/control parameters. LDFS provides an appropriate way to the decision experts (DEs) in order to deal with vague and uncertain information in a comprehensive way. Under these environments, we introduce several AOs named as linear Diophantine fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging (LDFEWA) operator, linear Diophantine fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted averaging (LDFEOWA) operator, linear Diophantine fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric (LDFEWG) operator, and linear Diophantine fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted geometric (LDFEOWG) operator. We investigate certain characteristics and operational laws with some illustrations. Ultimately, an innovative approach for MCDM under the linear Diophantine fuzzy information is examined by implementing suggested aggregation operators. A useful example related to a country’s national health administration (NHA) to create a fully developed postacute care (PAC) model network for the health recovery of patients suffering from cerebrovascular diseases (CVDs) is exhibited to specify the practicability and efficacy of the intended approach.

TL;DR: A prioritization technique for order preference by similarity to the ideal solution based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets of correlation coefficients and the weighted correlation coefficient is introduced and a comparison of some existing methods with the proposed techniques is presented.
Abstract: The correlation coefficient between the two parameters plays a significant part in statistics. Furthermore, the exactness of the assessment of correlation depends upon information from the set of discourses. The data collected for various statistical studies are full of ambiguities. The idea of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets is an extension of intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets that is used to express insufficient evaluation, uncertainty, and anxiety in decision-making. Intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets consider two different types of information, such as membership degree and nonmembership degree. In this paper, the concepts and properties of the correlation coefficient and the weighted correlation coefficient of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets are proposed. A prioritization technique for order preference by similarity to the ideal solution based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets of correlation coefficients and the weighted correlation coefficient is introduced. We also proposed interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft weighted average and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft weighted geometric operators and developed decision-making techniques based on the proposed operators. By using the developed techniques, a method for solving decision-making problems is proposed. To ensure the applicability of the proposed methods, an illustrative example is given. Finally, we present a comparison of some existing methods with our proposed techniques.

TL;DR: A notion of monotonic soft sets is initiated and an algorithm for expecting the missing values of objects on the information system depending on the concept of ordered soft compact spaces is provided.
Abstract: It is well known every soft topological space induced from soft information system is soft compact. In this study, we integrate between soft compactness and partially ordered set to introduce new types of soft compactness on the finite spaces and investigate their application on the information system. First, we initiate a notion of monotonic soft sets and establish its main properties. Second, we introduce the concepts of monotonic soft compact and ordered soft compact spaces and show the relationships between them with the help of examples. We give a complete description for each one of them by making use of the finite intersection property. Also, we study some properties associated with some soft ordered spaces and finite product spaces. Furthermore, we investigate the conditions under which these concepts are preserved between the soft topological ordered space and its parametric topological ordered spaces. In the end, we provide an algorithm for expecting the missing values of objects on the information system depending on the concept of ordered soft compact spaces.

TL;DR: The comparison analysis between the proposed and existing theories for the exactness and validity of the proposed work is explicated and a multiattribute group decision-making method has been given under proposed operators.
Abstract: A Fermatean fuzzy set is a more powerful tool to deal with uncertainties in the given information as compared to intuitionistic fuzzy set and Pythagorean fuzzy set and has energetic applications in decision-making. Aggregation operators are very helpful for assessing the given alternatives in the decision-making process, and their purpose is to integrate all the given individual evaluation values into a unified form. In this research article, some new aggregation operators are proposed under the Fermatean fuzzy set environment. Some deficiencies of the existing operators are discussed, and then, new operational law, by considering the interaction between the membership degree and nonmembership degree, is discussed to reduce the drawbacks of existing theories. Based on Hamacher’s norm operations, new averaging operators, namely, Fermatean fuzzy Hamacher interactive weighted averaging, Fermatean fuzzy Hamacher interactive ordered weighted averaging, and Fermatean fuzzy Hamacher interactive hybrid weighted averaging operators, are introduced. Some interesting properties related to these operators are also presented. To get the optimal alternative, a multiattribute group decision-making method has been given under proposed operators. Furthermore, we have explicated the comparison analysis between the proposed and existing theories for the exactness and validity of the proposed work.

Abstract: The work addressed in this paper is to ensure the existence and uniqueness of positive solutions for initial value problems for nonlinear fractional differential equations with two terms of fractional orders. By virtue of recent fixed point theorems on mixed monotone operators, we get some new straightforward results with a wide range of applications.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors explained the impression of MHD Maxwell fluid with the presence of thermal radiation on a heated surface, and the heat and mass transmission analysis was carried out with the available of Cattaneo Christov dual diffusion.
Abstract: This study explains the impression of MHD Maxwell fluid with the presence of thermal radiation on a heated surface. The heat and mass transmission analysis is carried out with the available of Cattaneo–Christov dual diffusion. The derived PDE equations are renovated into ODE equations with the use of similarity variables. HAM technique is implemented for finding the solution. The importance of physical parameters of fluid velocity, temperature, concentration, skin friction, and heat and mass transfer rates are illustrated in graphs. We found that the fluid velocity declines with the presence of the magnetic field parameter. On the contrary, the liquid temperature enhances by increasing the radiation parameter. In addition, the fluid velocity is low, and temperature and concentration are high in Maxwell fluid compared to the viscous liquid.

TL;DR: The novel concept of complex spherical fuzzy, capable of handling two-dimensional vague information with parameterized ranking systems, is presented and three algorithms for multiattribute decision-making that take advantage of these elements are produced.
Abstract: This paper presents the novel concept of complex spherical fuzzy - soft set ( ) which is capable of handling two-dimensional vague information with parameterized ranking systems. First, we propose the basic notions for a theoretical development of , including ranking functions, comparison rule, and fundamental operations (complement, union, intersection, sum, and product). Furthermore, we look into some properties of . We then produce three algorithms for multiattribute decision-making that take advantage of these elements. We demonstrate their applicability with the assistance of a numerical problem (selection of best third-party app of the year). A comparison with the performance of Pythagorean - soft sets speaks for the superiority of our approach. Moreover, with an aim to expand the range of techniques for multiattribute group decision-making problems, we design a - TOPSIS method. We use a complex spherical fuzzy - soft weighted average operator in order to aggregate the decisions of all experts according to the power of the attributes and features of alternatives. We present normalized-Euclidean distances (from the alternatives to both the positive and negative ideal solutions, respectively) and revised closeness index in order to produce a best feasible alternative. As an illustration, we design a mathematical model for the selection of the best physiotherapist doctor of Mayo hospital, Lahore. We conduct a comparison with the existing complex spherical fuzzy TOPSIS method that confirms the stability of the proposed model and the reliability of its results.

Abstract: Structure-based topological descriptors of chemical networks enable us the prediction of physico-chemical properties and the bioactivities of compounds through QSAR/QSPR methods. Topological indices are the numerical values to represent a graph which characterises the graph. One of the latest distance-based topological index is the Mostar index. In this paper, we study the Mostar index, Szeged index, PI index, index, and index, for chain oxide network , chain silicate network , ortho chain , and para chain , for the first time. TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that if the Laplacian and gradient of the warping function of a compact warped product submanifold in the hyperbolic space satisfy various extrinsic restrictions, then has no stable integral currents, and its homology groups are trivial.
Abstract: In this paper, we show that if the Laplacian and gradient of the warping function of a compact warped product submanifold in the hyperbolic space satisfy various extrinsic restrictions, then has no stable integral currents, and its homology groups are trivial. Also, we prove that the fundamental group is trivial. The restrictions are also extended to the eigenvalues of the warped function, the integral Ricci curvature, and the Hessian tensor. The results obtained in the present paper can be considered as generalizations of the Fu–Xu theorem in the framework of the compact warped product submanifold which has the minimal base manifold in the corresponding ambient manifolds.

Abstract: The conformable derivative and its properties have been recently introduced. In this research work, we propose and prove some new results on the conformable calculus. By using the definitions and results on conformable derivatives of higher order, we generalize the theorems of the mean value which follow the same argument as in the classical calculus. The value of conformable Taylor remainder is obtained through the generalized conformable theorem of the mean value. Finally, we introduce the conformable version of two interesting results of classical multivariable calculus via the conformable formula of finite increments.

Abstract: In this paper, we contribute to infrasoft topology which is one of the recent generalizations of soft topology. Firstly, we redefine the concept of soft mappings to be convenient for studying the topological concepts and notions in different soft structures. Then, we introduce the concepts of open, closed, and homeomorphism mappings in the content of infrasoft topology. We establish main properties and investigate the transmission of these concepts between infrasoft topology and its parametric infratopologies. Finally, we define a quotient infrasoft topology and infrasoft quotient mappings and study their main properties with the aid of illustrative examples.

TL;DR: In this paper, a peristaltic flow of a Rabinowitsch fluid through a tapered tube with mild stenosis has been studied, and the effect of Hall current and Joule heating on the velocity distribution is analyzed.
Abstract: This paper aims to present the significance of the Hall current and Joule heating impacts on a peristaltic flow of a Rabinowitsch fluid through tapered tube. The Darcy–Forchheimer scheme is used for a porous medium; a mild stenosis is considered to study the impacts of radiative heat transfer and chemical reactions. Convective conditions are postulated for heat and mass transfer. In the meantime, the slip conditions are presumed for the velocity distribution. Soret and Dufour features bring the coupled differential systems. The hypotheses of a long wavelength and low Reynolds number are employed to approximate the governing equations of motion, and finally the homotopy perturbation method is adopted for numerical study. Pumping characteristics are revealed and the trapping procedure correlated with peristaltic transport is elucidated. The present study is very important in many medical applications, such as the gastric juice motion in the small intestine and the flow of blood in arteries. The mechanism of peristaltic transport with mild stenosis has been exploited for industrial applications like sanitary fluid transport and blood pumps in heart-lung machine. The influences of various physical parameters of the problem are debated and graphically drawn across a set of figures. It is noted that the axial velocity is reduced with the increase of the Hartmann number. However, enhancing both the Rabinowitsch parameter and the Forchheimer parameter gives rise to the fluid velocity. As well, it is debated that Rabinowitsch fluid produces a cubic term of pressure gradient. Therefore, the relation between mean flow rate and the pressure rise does not stay linear. It is recognized that the temperature rises with the enhancement of both Dufour number and Soret number. Furthermore, it is illustrated that the concentration impedes with the increase of the mass transfer Biot number. Also, it is revealed that the trapped bolus contracts in size by enlarging the maximum height of stenosis.

TL;DR: The main objective of the article is to describe some reliable sine trigonometric laws for PFSs and develop new average and geometric aggregation operators to aggregate the picture fuzzy numbers.
Abstract: Picture fuzzy sets (PFSs) are one of the fundamental concepts for addressing uncertainties in decision problems, and they can address more uncertainties compared to the existing structures of fuzzy sets; thus, their implementation was more substantial. The well-known sine trigonometric function maintains the periodicity and symmetry of the origin in nature and thus satisfies the expectations of the decision-maker over the multiple parameters. Taking this feature and the significances of the PFSs into consideration, the main objective of the article is to describe some reliable sine trigonometric laws for PFSs. Associated with these laws, we develop new average and geometric aggregation operators to aggregate the picture fuzzy numbers. Also, we characterized the desirable properties of the proposed operators. Then, we presented a group decision-making strategy to address the multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem using the developed aggregation operators and demonstrated this with a practical example. To show the superiority and the validity of the proposed aggregation operations, we compared them with the existing methods and concluded from the comparison and sensitivity analysis that our proposed technique is more effective and reliable.

TL;DR: To find the validity and proficiency of the investigated measures based on CHFSs, the comparison between explored measures with some already defined measures and their graphical representations are also discussed in detail.
Abstract: The theory of complex hesitant fuzzy set (CHFS) is a modification technique of the complex fuzzy set (CFS) to cope with awkward and unreliable information’s in daily life issues. CHFS contains the grade of truth in the form of complex number, whose real and imaginary parts are in the form of the finite subset of the unit interval. CHFS is the mixture of hesitant fuzzy set (HFS) and CFS, which handles the complex and uncertain information in real-world issues which is compared with fuzzy sets and complex fuzzy sets. The positive membership in CHFS is in the form a polar coordinate belonging to unit disc in the complex plane. The aims of this manuscript are to explore some similarity measures (SMs), weighted SMs (WSMs) such as cosine SMs, weighted cosine SMs, SMs based on cosine function, WSMs based on cosine function, SMs based on tangent function, and WSMs based on tangent function of CHFS. Some special cases of the presented measures are discussed in detail. Moreover, we use our described SMs and weighted SMs of CHFS in the environment of medical diagnosis and pattern recognition to assess the practicality and competence of the described SMs. Finally, to find the validity and proficiency of the investigated measures based on CHFSs, the comparison between explored measures with some already defined measures and their graphical representations are also discussed in detail.

TL;DR: In this paper, a family of distributions referred to as exponential T-X (ETX) family is introduced, and a new extension of the Weibull model is introduced.
Abstract: Heavy-tailed distributions play a prominent role in actuarial and financial sciences. In this paper, we introduce a family of distributions that we refer to as exponential T-X (ETX) family. Based on the proposed approach, a new extension of the Weibull model is introduced. The proposed model is very flexible in modeling heavy-tailed data. Some mathematical properties are derived, and maximum likelihood estimates of the model parameters are obtained. A Monte Carlo simulation study is conducted to evaluate the performance of the maximum likelihood estimators. Actuarial measures such as value at risk and tail value at risk are also calculated. A simulation study based on these actuarial measures is provided. Finally, an application to a heavy-tailed automobile insurance claim data set is presented. The proposed model is compared with some well-known competing distributions.

Abstract: In this article, our aim is to consider a class of fuzzy mixed variational-like inequalities (FMVLIs) for fuzzy mapping known as extended perturbed fuzzy mixed variational-like inequalities (EPFMVLIs). As exceptional cases, some new and classically defined “FMVLIs” are also attained. We have also studied the auxiliary principle technique of auxiliary “EPFMVLI” for “EPFMVLI.” By using this technique and some new analytic results, some existence results and efficient numerical techniques of “EPFMVLI” are established. Some advanced and innovative iterative algorithms are also obtained, and the convergence criterion of iterative sequences generated by algorithms is also proven. In the end, some new and previously known existence results and algorithms are also studied. Results secured in this paper can be regarded as purification and development of previously familiar results.

TL;DR: In this paper, a two-parameter flexible extension of the Burr-Hatke distribution using the inverse-power transformation is proposed, and the failure rate of the new distribution can be an increasing shape, a decreasing shape, or an upside-down bathtub shape.
Abstract: This article introduces a two-parameter flexible extension of the Burr-Hatke distribution using the inverse-power transformation. The failure rate of the new distribution can be an increasing shape, a decreasing shape, or an upside-down bathtub shape. Some of its mathematical properties are calculated. Ten estimation methods, including classical and Bayesian techniques, are discussed to estimate the model parameters. The Bayes estimators for the unknown parameters, based on the squared error, general entropy, and linear exponential loss functions, are provided. The ranking and behavior of these methods are assessed by simulation results with their partial and overall ranks. Finally, the flexibility of the proposed distribution is illustrated empirically using two real-life datasets. The analyzed data shows that the introduced distribution provides a superior fit than some important competing distributions such as the Weibull, Frechet, gamma, exponential, inverse log-logistic, inverse weighted Lindley, inverse Pareto, inverse Nakagami-M, and Burr-Hatke distributions.

Abstract: In this article, the generalized parameter is involved in T-spherical fuzzy set (TSFS), and with the help of this generalized parameter, some generalized geometric aggregation operators for TSFSs are proposed. Then these operators are extended for group-generalized parameter. By using proposed operators, an algorithm is developed for the MADM problem. To check the validity of proposed operators, a numerical example is also investigated. In a comparative analysis, it is discussed that, under some conditions, the proposed work can be reduced to other fuzzy structures. TL;DR: In this paper, the authors computed closed forms of M-polynomials for line graphs of H-naphtalenic nanotubes and chain silicate network and obtained some topological indices based on degrees.
Abstract: Graph theory has provided a very useful tool, called topological index, which is a number from the graph M with the property that every graph N isomorphic to M value of a topological index must be same for both M and N. Topological index is a descriptor in graph theory which is used to quantify the physio-chemical properties of the chemical graph. In this paper, we computed closed forms of M-polynomials for line graphs of H-naphtalenic nanotubes and chain silicate network. From M-polynomial, we obtained some topological indices based on degrees.

We prove some fixed point results under the rational type fuzzy-contraction conditions in fuzzy metric spaces with illustrative examples to support our results. This new concept will play a very important role in the theory of fuzzy fixed point results and can be generalized for different contractive type mappings in the context of fuzzy metric spaces. Moreover, we present an application of a nonlinear integral type equation to get the existing result for a unique solution to support our work.

TL;DR: In this article, a modified chaotic system under the fractional operator with singularity was presented and the influence of the new model's parameters and its fractional order using the bifurcation diagrams and the Lyapunov exponents.
Abstract: This paper presents a modified chaotic system under the fractional operator with singularity. The aim of the present subject will be to focus on the influence of the new model’s parameters and its fractional order using the bifurcation diagrams and the Lyapunov exponents. The new fractional model will generate chaotic behaviors. The Lyapunov exponents’ theories in fractional context will be used for the characterization of the chaotic behaviors. In a fractional context, the phase portraits will be obtained with a predictor-corrector numerical scheme method. The details of the numerical scheme will be presented in this paper. The numerical scheme will be used to analyze all the properties addressed in this present paper. The Matignon criterion will also play a fundamental role in the local stability of the presented model’s equilibrium points. We will find a threshold under which the stability will be removed and the chaotic and hyperchaotic behaviors will be generated. An adaptative control will be proposed to correct the instability of the equilibrium points of the model. Sensitive to the initial conditions, we will analyze the influence of the initial conditions on our fractional chaotic system. The coexisting attractors will also be provided for illustrations of the influence of the initial conditions.

Abstract: Topological indices (TIs) transform a molecular graph into a number. The TIs are a vital tool for quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR) and quantity structure property relationship (QSPR). In this paper, we constructed two classes of Benes network: horizontal cylindrical Benes network and vertical cylindrical Benes network obtained by identification of vertices of first rows with last row and first column with last column of Benes network, respectively. We derive analytical close formulas for general Randic connectivity index, general Zagreb, first and the second Zagreb (and multiplicative Zagreb), general sum connectivity, atom-bond connectivity ( ), and geometric arithmetic index of the two classes of Benes networks. Also, the fourth version of and the fifth version of indices are computed for these classes of networks.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a new model of data envelopment analysis in the neutrosophic number environment and combined the new model with the balanced scorecard to rank different decision-making units.
Abstract: Strategy is the main source of long-term growth for organizations, and if it is not successfully implemented, even if appropriate ones are adopted, the process is futile. The balanced scorecard which focuses on four aspects such as growth and learning, internal processes, customer, and financial is considered as a comprehensive framework for assessing performance and the progress of the strategy. Moreover, the data envelopment analysis is one of the best mathematical methods to compute the efficiency of organizations. The combination of these two techniques is a significant quantitative measurement with respect to the organization’s performance. However, in the real world, determinate and indeterminate information exists. Henceforth, the indeterminate issues are inescapable and must be considered in the performance evaluation. Neutrosophic number is a helpful tool for dealing with information that is indeterminate and incomplete. In this paper, we propose a new model of data envelopment analysis in the neutrosophic number environment. Furthermore, we attempt to combine the new model with the balanced scorecard to rank different decision-making units. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated by an empirical study involving 20 banking branches. The results show the effectiveness of the proposed method and indicate that the model has practical outcomes for decision-makers.

TL;DR: The proposed approach helps decision-makers to not only know and optimize the most likely situation but also realize the outcomes in the optimistic and pessimistic business situations, so that decision-maker can prepare and take necessary actions for future uncertainty.
Abstract: In the field of operation research, linear programming (LP) is the most utilized apparatus for genuine application in various scales. In our genuine circumstances, the manager/decision-makers (DM) face problems to get the optimal solutions and it even sometimes becomes impossible. To overcome these limitations, neutrosophic set theory is presented, which can handle all types of decision, that is, concur, not certain, and differ, which is common in real-world situations. By thinking about these conditions, in this work, we introduced a method for solving neutrosophic multiobjective LP (NMOLP) problems having triangular neutrosophic numbers. In the literature study, there is no method for solving NMOLP problem. Therefore, here we consider a NMOLP problem with mixed constraints, where the parameters are assumed to be triangular neutrosophic numbers (TNNs). So, we propose a method for solving NMOLP problem with the help of linear membership function. After utilizing membership function, the problem is converted into equivalent crisp LP (CrLP) problem and solved by any suitable method which is readily available. To demonstrate the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method, we consider one classical MOLP problem and solve it. Finally, we conclude that the proposed approach also helps decision-makers to not only know and optimize the most likely situation but also realize the outcomes in the optimistic and pessimistic business situations, so that decision-makers can prepare and take necessary actions for future uncertainty.
