Statistic analysis and countermeasure study on 200 road transportation accidents of dangerous chemicals

Abstract: Based on 200 typical and transportation accidents of dangerous chemicals, this paper is aim to study the characteristics and rules of accidents in terms of the link where the accidents occur, classification of dangerous chemicals that cause the accidents, features of leakage, fire and explosion, site and month of occurrence, etc as well as suggestion on the countermeasures for the safety management and supervision of dangerous chemicals road transportation in China

The present statns of overseas mine emergency refuge chamber technology

Abstract: In some countries with a well-developed mining industry such as South Africa、Australia,refuge chamber is an important underground emergency rescue equipment,in which trapped miners are protected when waiting for rescue after mine accidents.Based on sufficient investigation of existing refuge chamber product overseas,detailed expatiation and analysis were preseated to the oxygen supply,noxious gases removal,air conditioning,environmental monitoring,power supply,attaching supplies and technical indexes in refuge chamber,which provide guidance for analysing the status of refuge chamber technology in the world and the development of Chinese coal mine refuge chamber.

The safety analysis of current situation and management countermeasure on tailing reservoir in China

Abstract: Firstly,the current situation of the tailing reservoir is analyzed on 11 aspects:scale level,production safety license,design,service year,dam mode,safety level,emergency plan,evaluation,drainage system,the person num and property at catchment area,peccancy instance in tailing reservoir region.Secondly,according to the analysis of current situation of tailing reservoir,the major management problem is pointed out.Thirdly,the management advice is advanced to the major problem.

Abstract: Based on the statistics of hazardous chemicals accidents happening in China during the Eleventh Five-Year,a detailed accident analysis is performed on the aspects including accident types,occurring region,occurring time,enterprise business type,hazardous chemicals categories and accident occurring stageIt points out that,poisoning,suffocation and explosion accidents are main types of accident;flammable liquids,flammable gas,explosives and corrosive substances are the main types of hazardous substances contributing to the chemicals accidents;production stage is the main part of accident;violation of operating regulations or labor discipline and defects of equipment,facility,tool and accessory are important causes leading to accidentsCountermeasures and suggestions on prevention and control of hazardous chemicals accidents are put forward from the following aspects:designating the principal responsibility of enterprise safe production,enhancing intrinsic safety level,conducting general survey on major hazardous sources,setting up safety surveillance network,strengthening the industry layout of hazardous chemicals and improving accident emergency rescue capability
