Relation between the changes in physical activity and body-mass index during adolescence: a multicentre longitudinal study

Journal ArticleDOI

Associations of body mass index and obesity with physical activity, food choices, alcohol intake, and smoking in the 1982–1997 FINRISK Studies

TL;DR: A physically active lifestyle with abstention from smoking, moderate alcohol consumption, and consumption of healthy foods maximizes the chances of having a normal weight, and the significance of avoiding sedentariness increases over time as a factor associated with normal weight.
