TLDR
In this paper, the photochemical behavior of nitrosyl complexes Ru(salen)(NO)(OH 2 ) + in aqueous solution is described and the final photoproduct is the diaquo cation Ru III (salen ) ( OH 2 ) 2 +, for which p K a's of 5.9 and 9.1 were determined for the coordinated waters.
