Four-Dimensional Painlevé-Type Equations Associated with Ramified Linear Equations III: Garnier Systems and Fuji-Suzuki Systems
TL;DR: In this paper, the degeneration of the Garnier system in two variables and the Fuji-Suzuki system in three variables is considered, where the degenerations are based on four-dimensional Painleve type equations associated with ramified linear equations.

Energy transfer and dissipation in forced isotropic turbulence
TL;DR: This theoretical work was supplemented by direct numerical simulations of forced isotropic turbulence for integral scale Reynolds numbers up to R(L)=5875 (R(λ)=435), which were used to establish that the decay of dimensionless dissipation with increasing Reynolds number took the form of a power law R( L)(n) with exponent value n=-1.000±0.009.

An Algorithmic Approach for Solving Singularly Perturbed Initial Value Problems
TL;DR: There is a vast literature on singular perturbations both from the point of view of applications as well as of results concerning the theoretical foundations as mentioned in this paper, however, in this paper we will restrict ourselves to initial value problems (IVP) although we believe that the ideas derived may be useful for boundary value problems as well.
Journal ArticleDOI
On optimal truncation of divergent series solutions of nonlinear differential systems; Berry smoothing
O. Costin,M. D. Kruskal +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that for divergent series solutions of nonlinear (or linear) differential systems near a generic irregular singularity, the common prescription of summation to the least term is, if properly interpreted, meaningful and correct, and extended this method to transseries solutions.

Robust Numerical Methods for Singularly Perturbed Differential Equations-Supplements
TL;DR: The second edition of the book [109] appeared many years ago and was for many years a reliable guide into the world of numerical methods for singularly perturbed problems, since then many new results came into the game, we present some selected ones and related sources as mentioned in this paper .
