Abstract
This paper investigates the maximal channel coding rate achievable at a given blocklength and error probability. For general classes of channels new achievability and converse bounds are given, which are tighter than existing bounds for wide ranges of parameters of interest, and lead to tight approximations of the maximal achievable rate for blocklengths n as short as 100. It is also shown analytically that the maximal rate achievable with error probability ? isclosely approximated by C - ?(V/n) Q-1(?) where C is the capacity, V is a characteristic of the channel referred to as channel dispersion , and Q is the complementary Gaussian cumulative distribution function.

Facilitating URLLC in UAV-Assisted Relay Systems With Multiple-Mobile Robots for 6G Networks: A Prospective of Agriculture 4.0

TL;DR: In this article , the authors considered an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) acting as a decode-and-forward relay to communicate short URLLC control packets between a controller and multiple-mobile robots in a cell to enable a use-case of Agriculture 4.0.

LQG cheap control over SNR-limited lossy channels with delay

TL;DR: It is shown that the stability of the closed loop system depends on a tradeoff among quantization, packet loss probability and delay, and is able to recover several results already available in the literature that have treated packet loss, quantization error and delay separately.

Secure Multiplex Coding with Dependent and Non-Uniform Multiple Messages

TL;DR: The secure multiplex coding (SMC) is a technique to remove rate loss in the coding for wire-tap channels and broadcast channels with confidential messages caused by the inclusion of random bits into transmitted signals as discussed by the authors.

A refinement of the random coding bound

TL;DR: It is proved that for independent identically distributed random code ensembles and for rates above the critical rate, if a regularity condition is satisfied, then for any ε > 0 a sub-exponential factor of O(N-0.5) is achievable, where N and R are the blocklength and rate, respectively.

Polar Codes' Simplicity, Random Codes' Durability.

TL;DR: The core theme is to incorporate polar coding with large, random, dynamic kernels (which boosts the performance to random’s realm), and the putative codes are optimal in the following manner.
