Clear sky radiation as a function of altitude

TLDR
Using a numerical integration (Lowtran 6 code) stopped at several arbitrary base altitudes, in association with measurements from sounding balloons, clear sky radiation is determined as a function of the altitude parameter as mentioned in this paper.

The upper atmosphere

TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that electric waves can also heat the upper air when they travel through it and that the so-called Luxembourg effect can be traced to the influence of such a process.

A simple model for computing the spectral radiance of clear skies

X. Berger

TL;DR: In this paper, the spectral sky radiance was computed from standard and observed atmospheric profiles, based on the Lowtran-6 numerical code, and a simple model based on Bliss-Kondrat'yev theoretical considerations.
