TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluated the levels of objective and subjective burden in family members of individuals with OCD in samples from the public and private network of psychiatric assistance, with a statistical significance has been detected among the samples through an objective point of view, with higher levels of burden in the sample of public net; the significance through a subjective point-of-view was only perceived regarding "doing housework", with high levels in the private practice.
