Effects of Si/Al ratio on the efflorescence and properties of fly ash based geopolymer

In this paper, a test method of the efflorescence degree of fly ash based geopolymer was proposed and applied and the effects of the Si/Al ratio on products, microstructure, pore structures, compressive strength, water loss rate and efforescence of geopolymers were systematically investigated.

Mechanism of geopolymerization and factors influencing its development: a review
