Evaluation of plant seedling water stress using dynamic fluorescence index with blue LED-based fluorescence imaging

TLDR
In this paper, a dynamic fluorescence image index system capable of non-destructive assessment of water stress in cabbage seedlings was developed, where the quenching curves of chlorophyll fluorescence characteristic to the plant's water stress status under reduced excitation energy were acquired via a multispectral imaging system.

Effects of drought stress on chlorophyll a fluorescence in two rubber tree clones

TL;DR: The RRIM600 rubber clone showed an advantage over the FX3864 clone in terms of stability and efficiency in utilizing energy in low rainfall sites and showed a deficiency in photosynthetic electron transport following water deficit.

Effect of Water Deficit Stress on Seedling Biomass and Physio-Chemical Characteristics in Different Species of Wheat Possessing the D Genome

TL;DR: Correlation analysis and PCA-based biplots showed that stress tolerance index (STI) is significantly associated with Fv/Fm and Fv-Fo under water stress conditions, suggesting that these are the best parameters to evaluate when screening for tolerant samples at the seedling stage.

The Interpretation of the Variations in Leaf Water Potential and Stomatal Conductance Found in Canopies in the Field

TL;DR: In this paper, the stomatal conductance of illuminated leaves is a function of current levels of temperature, vapour pressure deficit, leaf water potential (really turgor pressure) and ambient CO $_2$ concentration and when plotted against any one of these variables a scatter diagram results.
