Passive innovation resistance: The curse of innovation? Investigating consequences for innovative consumer behavior

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors provide empirical evidence that passive innovation resistance inhibits both consumers' tendencies to engage in innovative behavior and actual new product adoption, and they confirm that perceived stimulation increases the negative effects of passive innovation resist.

The Multicollinearity Illusion in Moderated Regression Analysis

TL;DR: The authors showed that the perceived multicollinearity is merely an illusion that arises from misinterpreting high correlations between independent variables and interaction terms, and that in most cases, such correlations arise from misinterpretation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of price increases on future intentions of sport consumers.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyzed the relationship between perceived value, satisfaction and future intentions among users of a public sport service who experience a price increase in the service they receive and found that the increase in service price worsens the perception of service performance.
Journal ArticleDOI

The multicollinearity illusion in moderated regression analysis

TL;DR: The authors showed that the perceived multicollinearity problem is merely an illusion that arises from misinterpreting high correlations between independent variables and interaction terms, and that in most cases, it is not the case.

Sustainable water storage by agricultural businesses: Strategic responses to institutional pressures

TL;DR: In this article, a survey of 404 agribusiness managers in four different institutional environments found that increased manager connectedness could reduce resistance to water storage policy pressures and highlight the importance of social aspects of water storage and sharing.

Structural equation modeling in practice: a review and recommended two-step approach

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors provide guidance for substantive researchers on the use of structural equation modeling in practice for theory testing and development, and present a comprehensive, two-step modeling approach that employs a series of nested models and sequential chi-square difference tests.

Significance tests and goodness of fit in the analysis of covariance structures

TL;DR: In this article, a general null model based on modified independence among variables is proposed to provide an additional reference point for the statistical and scientific evaluation of covariance structure models, and the importance of supplementing statistical evaluation with incremental fit indices associated with the comparison of hierarchical models.
