Autobiography and fiction meet each other in the texts of Jean Marie Gustave Le Clezio. Talking about creation in novels such as Le chercheur d’or, La Quarantaine, Onitsha or Voyage a Rodrigues symbolizes the need to emphasize the cultural inheritance received during childhood. The original relationship between the memories from a “happy time” and the family history of the characters certifies the alteration of the generic frontiers. The notion of “memoire familiale” expressed by Ricœur introduces the pronoun “us” involving ancestors and inheritants, individuals that carry a great treasure: a collective mythology that marks the rediscover of the origins. That is why, in order to recreate the magic of childhood, the author talks about the past while using memories and documents to demonstrate that the texts find themselves at the frontier between fiction and autobiography.

The great expansion of post-occupation Iraqi fiction, with its overall departure from social realism and its exploration of new genres, has brought along a new conceptualization of the Author. This paper aims to study how a peculiar figure of authoriality is both invoked and projected through narrative voices in Sinan Antoon’s Fihris (2016). A complex and multi-layered text, Antoon’s novel is narrated by human and non-human voices. Yet, despite the scattered and fragmented surface of narration, a hierarchical, almost concentric organizational principle is provided by the relations between the main narrators in a context of metalepsis. The analysis will focus on the strategies of authentication employed by narrators of different diegetic levels in the novel, from the short stories embedded, to the further level of authority provided by the autobiographical elements in the narrative frame.

Les dispositifs de production du savoir anthropologique entretiennent avec le gouvernement des hommes et des choses des rapports variables. La question de l'application, parce qu'elle est l'un des points ou se definissent le dedans et le dehors d'une discipline, les relations entre savoir savant et action politique, sera examinee a travers trois operations textuelles de configuration — entendue comme la combinaison d'une situation, de personnages et d'une epreuve — de l'anthropologie dans ses rapports au gouvernement des etres humains. Les dites configurations operees par Levi-Strauss, Leiris, Bastide entrent en resonance avec differentes modalites de la mobilisation de l'anthropologie dans des operations d'action patrimoniale et culturelle, telles qu'elles sont explicitees par les ethnologues qui y participent.

This contribution is based on a recently finished study It gives an important place to the empirical dimension and proposes the analysis of two life-paths in the artistic field set against a broader analysis of the whole of the corpus produced as part of this research The methods of analysis are situated at the intersection of the narrative and the sociological fields This contribution examines the passage from initial training to the world of work It reconstructs the ordeal represented by this passage and shows the way this ordeal fissures identity and human agency It conceptualises in particular the possible links between identity and agency and the social environment It then proposes an analysis of the process of bifurcation The failure of intended artistic projects gives way to a bifurcation The analysis locates this process at the intersection of selfimprovement and the search for social roots Bifurcation gives way to the emergence of a new polarisation of action and to the reconstruction of a new system of networking with the environment This contribution looks back at the whole of the analysis through the spectrum of low human agency
