A Transmission Electron Microscopy Study of the Reactivity Mechanism of Tailor-Made CuO Particles toward Lithium

TL;DR: In this article, the electrochemical reactivity of tailor-made CuO powders prepared according to a new low-temperature synthesis method was studied by a combination of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electrochemical techniques.
Journal ArticleDOI

Powder diffraction study of LiCu 2 O 2 crystals

TL;DR: LiCu 2 O 2 crystals were studied by powder X-ray diffraction and phase analysis showed that the applied growth conditions are suitable for preparation of a single-phase compound.

The Influence of In/Cu Ratio on Electrical Properties of CuO:In Thin Films Prepared by Plasma-Enhanced CVD

TL;DR: In this paper, thin thin films were prepared by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (CVD) with Cu(acac)2 and Inacac3 precursors, and a dependence of the resistivity of the films on the indium concentration was found.

Electron-doped system (La, Nd, Ce)2CuO4 and preparation of T′-type (La, Ln)CuO4 (Ln=Ce, Y)

TL;DR: In this paper, the superconductivity of the electron-doped system La x Nd 1.85− x Ce 0.15 CuO 4− y was studied and it was found that T′-type (La, Ln) 2 CuO4 (La = Ce and Y ) can be prepared at lower temperatures (∼600°C) using a coprecipitation technique, while they cannot be obtained at higher temperatures by the usual solid-state reaction.

Electric magnetic and thermodynamic anomalies observed in sintered copper oxide

TL;DR: In this article, the authors performed structure, thermodynamic, magnetic and electric measurements performed on pure sintered CuO and observed anomalous thermodynamic and magnetic properties in the temperature range between 230 K and 190 K strongly dependent on the story of the sample.
