Journal ArticleDOI
Highly Efficient Continuous Flow Reactions Using Singlet Oxygen as a “Green” Reagent
TL;DR: The extremely large interfacial area generated by running the biphasic mixture in a narrow channel at a high flow rate ensures high throughput as well as fast and efficient oxidation of various alkenes, 1,3-dienes, and thioethers on a preparative scale.

Journal ArticleDOI
Hydrogen-bond-assisted epoxidation of homoallylic and allylic alcohols with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by selenium-containing dinuclear peroxotungstate.
TL;DR: The kinetic, mechanistic, computational studies showed that the stabilization of the transition-state by the hydrogen bonding between I and the substrates results in the high reactivity for the I-catalyzed epoxidation of homoallylic and allylic alcohols.
