Les considerations de 35 etudiants œuvrant dans le cadre d'un travail fermier saisonnier sont examinees. Les analyses individuelles et de groupe apportent des resultats nuances dans les relations existant entre ces considerations professionnelles, l'efficacite personnelle, les interets, les stimulations, l'accomplissement et les aptitudes
