In this article, the authors bring together the results of these various experimenters and, by the method of least squares, determine how the coefficient of correlation varies with the interval between test and retest.
Abstract
There are reported, in the psychological literature, a number of experiments in which a group of individuals, generally children, were tested with the Binet intelligence test and then retested after an interval. Commonly, coefficients of correlation have been computed between the IQ’s on test and retest. These correlations vary widely, as do also the intervals between test and retest. The purpose of this paper is to bring together the results of these various experimenters and, by the method of least squares, determine how the coefficient of correlation varies with the interval between test and retest.

Validity and Utility of Alternative Predictors of Job Performance

TL;DR: In this article, a meta-analysis of the cumulative research on various predictors of job performance shows that for entry-level jobs there is no predictor with validity equal to that of ability, which has a mean validity of.53.

Stability of aggressive reaction patterns in males: a review.

Dan Olweus
TL;DR: The degree of longitudinal consistency in aggressive behavior patterns is much greater than has been maintained by proponents of a behavioral specificity position, and important determinants of the observed longitudinal consistency are to be found in relatively stable, individual-differentiating reaction tendencies or motive systems within individuals.

Determinants of Financial Performance: A Meta-Analysis

TL;DR: A meta-analysis of results from 320 published studies relates environmental, strategic and organizational factors to financial performance as discussed by the authors, finding that concentration and growth have a relatively consistent positive impact on performance.

A meta-analysis of the effect of oral and inhaled corticosteroids on growth

TL;DR: This meta-analytic integration indicates that available studies of inhaled beclomethasone dipropionate therapy do not show an association between its use and the adverse effect of diminished stature, and there was no statistical evidence for beClomethas one dipropianate therapy to be associated with growth impairment at higher doses, for longer therapy durations, or among patients with more severe asthma.

Testing three team training strategies in intact teams : A meta-analysis

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors describe the results of a meta-analytic integration of the relative contributions of three different components of team training to the efficacy of team-training interventions.
