TLDR
The vapor pressure of pure liquid indium, and the sum of pressures of (In) and (In2O) species over the condensed phase mixture {In} +, contained in a silica vessel, have been measured by Knudsen effusion and Langmuir free vaporization methods in the temperatue range 600 to 950°C as mentioned in this paper.

High-temperature solar chemistry for converting solar heat to chemical fuels

TL;DR: In this article, the authors reviewed the recent developments on thermochemical conversion of concentrated solar high temperature heat to chemical fuels and discussed the technical developments and feasibilities to conduct these endothermic processes by utilizing concentrated solar radiation as the process heat.
Journal ArticleDOI

The competing oxide and sub-oxide formation in metal-oxide molecular beam epitaxy

TL;DR: In this paper, the growth rate and desorbing flux from the substrate were measured under various oxygen to metal ratios by laser reflectometry and quadrupole mass spectrometry, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Thermodynamics of Element Volatility and its Application to Planetary Processes

TL;DR: For a gas that is sufficiently tenuous that interactions do not occur between its constituent molecules, this relationship is quantified in the ideal gas law (Clapeyron 1834).

Characterization of indium-tin oxide sputtering targets showing various densities of nodule formation

TL;DR: In this paper, eight Sn-doped In 2 O 3 (ITO) target materials for direct-current (DC) magnetron sputtering, showing various rates of nodule formation, were subjected to analyses of lattice parameter, relative density, electrical properties, optical absorption spectra in 0.5-5 eV and oxygen deficiency, δ, in (In 0.905 Sn 0.095 ) 2 O3+ x − δ ǫ.

Systematics of the Evaporation Coefficient Al2O3, Ga2O3, In2O3

TL;DR: The rate of evaporation from the surface of the liquid at the melting point is the equilibrium rate (αv=1) for all gaseous species as mentioned in this paper, which is very nearly temperature independent for monatomic vapor species.
