Degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol in aqueous solution by sono-Fenton method
TL;DR: In this paper, the results of the Sono-Fenton process for the degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol (DCP) were investigated and the optimal concentrations were found to be 10 mg/L of Fe2+ and 400 mg/l of H2O2 at pH 2.5.
Journal ArticleDOI
Decolorization of molasses wastewater by Lactobacillus plantarum No. PV71-1861.
TL;DR: Lactobacillus plantarum No.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efeitos da aplicação de efluente tratado no solo: pH, matéria orgânica, fósforo e potássio
Anamaria S. Duarte,Rogério Pereira da Silva Airoldi,Marcos Vinícius Folegatti,Tarlei Arriel Botrel,Tales M. Soares +4 more
TL;DR: A pesquisa foi realizada no periodo de maio a setembro de 2005, with o cultivo de variedade matador de pimentao with delineamento experimental inteiramente casualisado in esquema fatorial 4 x 2, sendo quatro tipos de agua e dois niveis de adubacao and 12 repeticoes for cada tratamento as mentioned in this paper.

Excess sludge reduction by biological way: From experimental experience to a real full scale application
TL;DR: Investigation of a biological process applied in the sludge line and based on the alternation of oxic and anoxic phases, to minimize the waste sludge production found the heterotrophic yield values seemed to be a suitable marker for theSludge reduction and for the energy uncoupling.

Calibration and validation of a phenomenological influent pollutant disturbance scenario generator using full-scale data.
Xavier Flores-Alsina,Xavier Flores-Alsina,Ramesh Saagi,Erik Lindblom,Carsten Thirsing,Dines Thornberg,Krist V. Gernaey,Ulf Jeppsson +7 more
TL;DR: The objective of this paper is to demonstrate the full-scale feasibility of the phenomenological dynamic influent pollutant disturbance scenario generator (DIPDSG) that was originally used to create the influent data of the International Water Association Benchmark Simulation Model No. 2.
