Die Umsetzungen von Ninhydrin mit Dimethoxyanilinen und mit reaktiven Aromaten werden durchgefuhrt um zu sehen, ob die mit 2-Anisidin beobachteten Reaktionen auf andere Verbindungen ubertragbar sind. Es werden jedoch stets nur Monosubstitutionsprodukte der eingesetzten Aromaten gefunden. Die in der Literatur angegebene Formel fur das Reaktionsprodukt aus Ninhydrin und 2-Aminophenol wird korrigiert.
Investigation of Ninhydrin Reaction
The reactions between ninhydrin and dimethoxyanilines and other reactive aromatics are performed in comparison to the reactions with 2-anisidine. They yielded only monosubstituted products. The literature structure of the reaction product form ninhydrin and 2-aminophenol is corrected.read more
