Motivatiom and work behaviour

We investigate entanglement and separability criteria of multipartite (n-partite) state by examining ranks of its reduced density matrices. Firstly, we construct the general formula to determine the criterion. A rank of origin density matrix always equals one, meanwhile ranks of reduced matrices have various ranks. Next, separability and entanglement criterion of multipartite is determined by calculating ranks of reduced density matrices. In this article we diversify multipartite state criteria into completely entangled state, completely separable state, and compound state, i.e. sub-entangled state and sub-entangledseparable state. Furthermore, we also shorten the calculation proposed by the previous research to determine separability of multipartite state and expand the methods to be able to differ multipartite state based on criteria above.

We study the neutrino mixing matrix (the MNS matrix) in the seesaw model. By assuming a large mass hierarchy for the heavy right-handed Majorana mass, we show that, in the diagonal Majorana base, the MNS matrix is determined by a unitary matrix, S, which transforms the neutrino Yukawa matrix, yν , into a triangular form, y� . This study aimed to examine the effect of foreign ownership, the number of commissioners of the board of directors or foreign, institutional ownership against corporate tax avoidance in the annual report published by companies.
The population used in this study are all public companies is composed of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2015 which publishes an annual report as well as the complete financial reports. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling, and obtained a sample of 182 companies. This study uses the technique of multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that foreign ownership, no positive effect on corporate tax avoidance. While the board of directors or commissioners of foreign and institutional ownership has a positive influence on corporate tax avoidance.

This research explains about the way the stakeholder power can affect the implementation of sustainability reporting and the corporate governance at a manufacturing industry in Indonesia listed on Indonesia’s Stock Exchange. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview to prospective foreign investors who are interested in investing in Indonesia public companies which related to organizational behavior and governance style. However, there was less company that reported sustainability reporting continuously from 2007 up to 2016. This becomes a special and interesting concern to be investigated as the awareness phenomenon for the industries in Indonesia. With specified criteria found 60 observation data for 10 years and used multiple linear regression. The result showed that Government Control and Audit Control affected the implementation of Sustainability Reporting while the Internal control and shareholder control had no effect. The special note for shareholder control had a negative coefficient and it became a phenomenon for future research. Another finding was that the implementation of Sustainability Reporting and Government Control had an effect on good corporate governance.
