Motivatiom and work behaviour

This research aims to examine the effect of IFRS adoption and good corporate governance on earnings quality. Adoption of IFRS is measured by dummy variable. The proxy of good corporate governance   are   audit   committee,   independent   commisoner,   institutional   ownership,   and managerial ownership. The dependent variable in this research is quality earnings measured by discretionary accrual using modified Jones to detect earning management. The population in this research are all of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013. The sampling method in this research uses purposive sampling method. The analytical method in this research  is  regression  analysis  after  tested  by  classical  assumption  tests.  The  results  of  this research  find  that  IFRS  adoption  has  significantly  positive  effect  on  earnings  quality.  IFRS adoption can increase earnings quality. Other independent variables i.e. audit committe, independent commisoner, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership have no significantly effect on earnings quality.

We want to show extra-dimensions corrections for Fermionic Casimir Effect. Firstly, we determined quantization fermion field in Three dimensional Box. Then we calculated the Casimir energy for massless fermionic field confined inside a three-dimensional rectangular box with one compact extra-dimension. We use the MIT bag model boundary condition for the confinement and M4 × S1 as the background spacetime. We use the direct mode summation method along with the Abel-Plana formula to compute the Casimir energy. We show analytically the extra-dimension corrections to the Fermionic Casimir effect to forward a new method of exploring the existence of the extra dimensions of the universe.

There are numerous ideas that have been provided by quantum walks for new quantum algorithms. In this article, we surveyed the discrete quantum walk algorithm to present probability distributions. Moreover, we transformed the algorithm into MATLAB programming. Finally, the programming can be utilised to compare coin flip transformations that generate probability distributions as proposed in several previous articles and also to identify a unitarity of a coin flip transformation.
