Journal ArticleDOI
The integrated landscape of driver genomic alterations in glioblastoma
Veronique Frattini,Vladimir Trifonov,Joseph M. Chan,Angelica Castano,Marie Lia,Francesco Abate,Francesco Abate,Stephen T. Keir,Alan X. Ji,Pietro Zoppoli,Francesco Niola,Francesco Niola,Carla Danussi,Igor Dolgalev,Paola Porrati,Serena Pellegatta,Adriana Heguy,Gaurav Gupta,David J. Pisapia,Peter Canoll,Jeffrey N. Bruce,Roger E. McLendon,Hai Yan,Kenneth Aldape,Gaetano Finocchiaro,Tom Mikkelsen,Gilbert G. Privé,Gilbert G. Privé,Darell D. Bigner,Anna Lasorella,Raul Rabadan,Antonio Iavarone +31 more
TL;DR: A computational platform that integrates the analysis of copy number variations and somatic mutations and unravels the landscape of in-frame gene fusions in glioblastoma provides insights into the pathogenesis of gliOBlastoma and highlights new targets for therapeutic intervention.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystal Structure of KLHL3 in Complex with Cullin3
TL;DR: This work uses isothermal titration calorimetry to directly demonstrate that several of the disease mutations in the KLHL3 BTB-BACK domains disrupt the association with Cul3, and an extended model of the dimeric CRL3 complex places the two E2 binding sites in a suprafacial arrangement with respect to the presumed substrate-binding sites.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural Insights into KCTD Protein Assembly and Cullin3 Recognition.
Alan X. Ji,Anh Chu,Tine Kragh Nielsen,Samir Benlekbir,John L. Rubinstein,Gilbert G. Privé,Gilbert G. Privé +6 more
TL;DR: The 5:5 assembly of KCTD9/Cul3 complexes by cryo-electron microscopy is confirmed and the molecular rationale for BTB-mediated Cul3 binding specificity in the KCTd family is provided.
Journal ArticleDOI
Purification, crystallization and preliminary X-ray analysis of bifunctional isocitrate dehydrogenase kinase/phosphatase in complex with its substrate, isocitrate dehydrogenase, from Escherichia coli.
TL;DR: In order to investigate the regulatory mechanism of (de)phosphorylation of ICDH by AceK, AceK was successfully cocrystallized in complex with its intact protein substrate, I CDH, in the presence of ATP.
Journal ArticleDOI
Long-term safety and tolerability of acoramidis (ag10) in symptomatic transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy: updated analysis from an ongoing phase 2 open-label extension study
Ahmad Al Masri,Mandar A. Aras,Rodney H. Falk,Martha Grogan,Daniel Jacoby,Daniel P. Judge,Sanjiv J. Shah,Ronald M. Witteles,Alan X. Ji,Paul W. Wong,Xiaofan Cao,Rebecca Vanlandingham,Leonid Katz,Uma Sinha,Jonathan C. Fox,Mathew S. Maurer +15 more
