TL;DR: Investigating the influence of B-cell and plasma cell markers, as well as IGKC expression, in non-small lung cancer using immunohistochemistry on a tissue microarray found IGKC protein expression was independently associated with longer survival, with particular impact in the adenocarcinoma subgroup.

TL;DR: Mutational patterns and linked clinical parameters in a population-based NSCLC cohort were described and concurrent mutations in TP53 and STK11 were shown to confer poor survival in the KRAS-positive adenocarcinoma subgroup.
