Temporal and spatial variability of surface ozone at Delhi and Antarctica

TL;DR: In this article, the temporal and spatial variability of 365 days; hourly mean surface ozone data for three different locations, New Delhi (a site of intense anthropogenic activity), Syowa and McMurdo stations in Antarctica (sites of clean background air).
Journal ArticleDOI

Light assisted irreversible resistive switching in ultra thin hafnium oxide

TL;DR: In this article, an ultra thin film (∼5 nm) high-k Hafnium oxide dielectric, grown on a doped p-Si(100) substrate by the atomic layer deposition technique has been investigated for resistive and capacitive switching with and without illumination of light.
Journal ArticleDOI

Strain-induced artificial multiferroicity in Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3/Pb(Fe0.66W0.33)O3 layered nanostructure at ambient temperature

TL;DR: In this article, layered nanostructures of the commercial ferroelectric Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3 (PZT) and the natural ferroic relaxor PbFe0.66W0.33 (PFW), were fabricated with a periodicity of PZT/PFW/PZTs and PZTs on MgO substrates by pulsed laser deposition.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dielectric breakdown of BaO–B2O3–ZnO–[(BaZr0.2Ti0.80)O3]0.85 [(Ba0.70Ca0.30)TiO3]0.15 glass-ceramic composites

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors have successfully synthesized and characterized the alkali-free glass 0.3 BaO+ 0.15 (BZT-BCT) composite for high energy density storage capacitor applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Interplay between cell cycle and autophagy induced by boswellic acid analog.

TL;DR: It was observed that BA145 induced robust autophagy by targeting mTOR kinase (IC50 1 μM), leading to reduced expression of p-mTOR, p-p70S6K (T389), p-4EBP (T37/46) and p-S6 (S240/244) and Notably, inhibition of mTOR signalling by BA145 was followed by attendant activation of AKT and its membrane translocation.
