BACH: Grand challenge on breast cancer histology images.
Guilherme Aresta,Teresa Araújo,Scotty Kwok,Sai Saketh Chennamsetty,Mohammed Safwan,Varghese Alex,Bahram Marami,Marcel Prastawa,Monica Chan,Michael J. Donovan,Gerardo Fernandez,Jack Zeineh,Matthias Kohl,Christoph Walz,Florian Ludwig,Stefan Braunewell,Maximilian Baust,Quoc Dang Vu,Minh Nguyen Nhat To,Eal Kim,Jin Tae Kwak,Sameh Galal,Veronica Sanchez-Freire,Nadia Brancati,Maria Frucci,Daniel Riccio,Yaqi Wang,Lingling Sun,Kaiqiang Ma,Jiannan Fang,Ismael Kone,Lahsen Boulmane,Aurélio Campilho,Catarina Eloy,António Polónia,Paulo Aguiar +35 more
TL;DR: The Grand Challenge on Breast Cancer Histology images (BACH) was organized in conjunction with the 15th International Conference on Image Analysis and Recognition (ICIAR 2018) as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fetal brain growth portrayed by a spatiotemporal diffusion tensor MRI atlas computed from in utero images.
Shadab Khan,Lana Vasung,Bahram Marami,Caitlin K. Rollins,Onur Afacan,Cynthia M. Ortinau,Edward Yang,Simon K. Warfield,Ali Gholipour +8 more
TL;DR: The first DTI atlas of the fetal brain computed from in utero diffusion‐weighted images is presented, revealing early presence of limbic fiber bundles, followed by the appearance and maturation of projection pathways and the gradual disappearance of the radial coherence of the telencephalic wall was qualitatively identified.
Journal ArticleDOI
Temporal Slice Registration and Robust Diffusion-Tensor Reconstruction for Improved Fetal Brain Structural Connectivity Analysis
Bahram Marami,Seyed Sadegh Mohseni Salehi,Onur Afacan,Benoit Scherrer,Caitlin K. Rollins,Edward Yang,Judy A. Estroff,Simon K. Warfield,Ali Gholipour,Ali Gholipour +9 more
TL;DR: A novel robust algorithm to reconstruct in‐vivo diffusion‐tensor MRI (DTI) of the moving fetal brain and show its effect on structural connectivity analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Yoo Jung Kim,Hyungjoon Jang,Kyoung Bun Lee,Seongkeun Park,Sung Gyu Min,Choyeon Hong,Jeong Hwan Park,Kanggeun Lee,Jisoo Kim,Wonjae Hong,Hyun Jung,Yanling Liu,Haran Rajkumar,Mahendra Khened,Ganapathy Krishnamurthi,Sen Yang,Xiyue Wang,Chang Hee Han,Jin Tae Kwak,Jianqiang Ma,Zhe Tang,Bahram Marami,Jack Zeineh,Zixu Zhao,Pheng-Ann Heng,Rüdiger Schmitz,Frederic Madesta,Thomas Rösch,René Werner,Jie Tian,Elodie Puybareau,Matteo Bovio,Xiufeng Zhang,Yifeng Zhu,Se Young Chun,Won-Ki Jeong,Peom Park,Jinwook Choi +37 more
TL;DR: The PAIP Liver Cancer Segmentation Challenge, organized in conjunction with the Medical Image Computing and Computer Assurance Society (MICCAI 2019), is the first image analysis challenge to apply PAIP datasets and has the potential to aid the development and benchmarking of cancer diagnosis and segmentation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Motion-Robust Diffusion-Weighted Brain MRI Reconstruction Through Slice-Level Registration-Based Motion Tracking
TL;DR: This work proposes a novel approach for motion-robust diffusion-weighted brain MRI reconstruction through tracking temporal head motion using slice-to-volume registration that can be readily used to retrieve information from motion-corrupted DW imaging data.
