Journal ArticleDOI

A simple but effective near-infrared ratiometric fluorescent probe for hydrazine and its application in bioimaging

TL;DR: In this article, a hybrid fluorophore of coumarin and benzopyrylium was used for the detection of hydrazine in fetal bovine serum and living cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, structure characterization and preliminary biological evaluation of novel 5-alkyl-2-ferrocenyl-6,7-dihydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrazin-4(5H)-one derivatives

TL;DR: In this article, a series of 5-alkyl-2-ferrocenyl-6,7-dihydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrazin-4(5H)-one derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of ethyl 1-(2-bromoethyl)-3-frichenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate with non-aromatic primary amines in one-pot procedure and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI

An effective colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent probe based FRET with a large Stokes shift for bisulfite

TL;DR: A colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent probe with a large Stokes shift for bisulfite (HSO3−) based FRET mechanism that can quantitatively detect HSO3− with low detection limit and high specificity over other common anions and biothiols is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and discovery of pyrazole-5-carbohydrazide N-glycosides as inducer of autophagy in A549 lung cancer cells.

TL;DR: A series of novel 3-aryl-1-arylmethyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carbohydrazide N-beta-glycoside derivatives was synthesized by the reaction of substituted 1H- pyrazoles with d-sugar and all compounds had inhibitory effects on the growth of A549 lung cancer cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

A new probe for fluorescent recognition of Hg2+ in living cells and colorimetric detection of Cu2+ in aqueous solution

TL;DR: The new probe based on rhodamine B and 5-ferrocenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole can be used to sensitive and selective fluorescent recognition of Hg 2+ with good quantum yield and facilitates also naked-eye detection of Cu 2+ in aqueous solution.
