Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and discovery of novel pyrazole carboxamide derivatives as potential osteogenesis inducers.

TL;DR: The results showed that the compounds 4a–d, 4g, 4h, and 4k could increase the ALP activity in comparison with the negative control group and compound 4h was the most effective one which could induce osteogenesis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, X-Ray Crystal Structures and Optical Properties of Novel Substituted Pyrazoly 1,3,4-Oxadiazole Derivatives

TL;DR: Novel pyrazoly 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, IR, HRMS and X-ray diffraction analysis, showing that the maximum absorption wavelength was not significantly changed in different solvents; however, maximal emission wavelength was red-shifted with the increase of solvent polarity.
Journal ArticleDOI

A benzoxazine derivative specifically inhibits cell cycle progression in p53-wild type pulmonary adenocarcinoma cells

TL;DR: Results indicated that TBM might serve as a useful tool for studying the molecular mechanisms of lung cancer cell growth and cell cycle control, especially for the biologic process regulated by P53.
Journal ArticleDOI

Low-concentration HCP1 inhibits apoptosis in vascular endothelial cells.

TL;DR: It is found that low-concentration HCP1 (1 μM, 2 μM) suppressed VEC apoptosis caused by serum and fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF-2) deprivation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and Antifungal Activity of Novel (1-Arylmethyl-3-Aryl-1H-Pyrazol-5-yl)(4-Arylpiperazin-1-yl)Methanone Derivatives:

TL;DR: A series of novel (1-arylmethyl-3-aryl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)(4-arylpiperazin-1-yl)methanone derivatives were synthesized.
