Stereoselective synthesis and corrosion inhibition behaviour of Allyldihydrocarveols on steel in molar hydrochloric acid

TL;DR: In this article, the results show that the addition of Allyldihydrocarveols decreases weakly the corrosion rate and increases the inhibition efficiency to reach 77 %, 70% and 67% for P1, P2 and P3 at 3 g/L, respectively.
Journal Article

Investigation of 4-Amino-3-Hydrazino-5-Mercapto-1,2,4-Triazole as Corrosion Inhibitor for C38 Steelin Hydrochloric Acid Medium

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the inhibition of C38 steel corrosion in 1M HCl solution by 4-Amino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole (AHMT) at 308K by means of weight loss, electrochemical polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.

Anti-corrosion properties of indole derivative for carbon steel in HCl solution

TL;DR: In this paper, weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to investigate the corrosion inhibition of 1-acetylindoline-2,3-dione (Ind2) for carbon steel in hydrochloric acid.
Journal ArticleDOI

Temperature and extraction methods effects on yields, fatty acids, and tocopherols of prickly pear (Opuntia ficus-indica L.) seed oil of eastern region of Morocco.

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of temperature and extraction methods on the yields, chemical quality, fatty acids, and tocopherols of the oil extracted from the seeds of Opuntia ficus-indica, collected in the eastern region of Morocco.
Journal ArticleDOI

Inhibitor adsorption processes in mild steel/new bipyrazole derivatives/hydrochloric acid system

TL;DR: In this paper, the corrosion inhibition of mild steel in 1 1/M hydrochloric acid solution by some bipyrazole derivatives was studied in relation to the concentration of the inhibitors as well as the temperature using chemical and electrochemical techniques.
