Electrical properties of polyaniline doped with metal ions

TL;DR: In this paper, the dc and ac conductivity of undoped polyaniline (Pani) and Pani doped with Fe, Ni and La ions (named Pani?Fe, pani?Ni and pani?La) were investigated using dc-and ac-conductivity data.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fabrication of CdS/SnS heterostructured device using successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction deposited SnS

TL;DR: In this paper, successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method has been employed for the growth of SnS films on chemical bath deposited CdS thin films.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural, microstructural, magnetic and hyperfine characterization of nanosized Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 synthesized by high energy ball-milling method

TL;DR: The magnetic properties of nanometric ferrites strongly depend not only on the synthesis techniques but also the physico-chemical parameters of the synthesis process as discussed by the authors, which leads us to propose that surface spin disorder reduces the magnetic ordering temperature of mechanically milled ferrites.
Journal ArticleDOI

Application of response surface method for predicting electroless nickel plating

TL;DR: In this article, a second-order response surface model with central composite design (CCD) has been used to take into account the effect of curvature in the predicted response.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fabrication of SnS thin films by the successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method

TL;DR: Tin sulfide films of 0.20 µm thickness were grown on glass and ITO substrates by the successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method using SnSO4 and Na2S solution as mentioned in this paper.
