A novel back-contacting technology for ? thin films
TL;DR: In this paper, a new simple technique has been proposed for the electroless deposition of a nickel-molybdenum alloy on chromium-coated glass substrates, which can also be applied directly to copper indium diselenide for a backwall cell configuration.
Journal ArticleDOI
Analysis of mechanical property of electrically assisted friction stir welding to enhance the efficiency of joints
TL;DR: In this paper, a study has been done to find the effect of secondary source of energy by electric assistance to FSW for improving the efficiency of the weld and to study the effects of various process parameters to improve the property of the welding joint.
Journal ArticleDOI
Land utilization performance of ground mounted photovoltaic power plants: A case study
Swapna Roy,Biswajit Ghosh +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors conducted a long term study on land utilization performances of six (three 25MWp and three 5MWp) ground mounted photovoltaic power plants are operating in salt marshy land in western India.
Journal Article
Evaluation of combustion and emission characteristics on diesel engine with varyingthickness of PSZ coated piston crown
TL;DR: In this article, the comparative effect of combustion and emission of Standard diesel engine and partially stabilised zirconia coated piston were investigated. And the result showed that on the application PSZ as a ceramic coating increased oxidation, which increases the generation of CO2.
Journal ArticleDOI
Optical and electronic properties of nano-Cd1−xMnxTe alloy
TL;DR: In this paper, Cd 1− x Mn x Te thin films were fabricated by thermal interdiffusion of multilayers of sputtered compound semiconductors as well as thermally evaporated elements.
