Electron transport in molecular systems
TL;DR: In this paper, large-scale quantum electronic structure calculations coupled with nonequilibrium Green function theory are employed for determining quantum conductance on practical length scales, and the combination of state-of-the-art quantum mechanical methods, efficient numerical algorithms, and high performance computing allows for realistic evaluation of properties at length scales that are routinely reached experimentally.

a dynamical method for calculating the near infrared spectra of molecules and macromolecules
TL;DR: In this paper, the Semi-classical Spectral Method (SSM) was used to calculate the overtone vibrational frequencies of near infrared (NIR) spectra for molecules and polymers.
