TL;DR: The most serious COVID‐19 deriving from severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 causes a cytokine release storm and it is associated with worse outcomes, and blocking IL‐6 preliminarily resulted in the improvement of this hyperinflammatory state.

TL;DR: Data show that C/T could be a valid option in empiric and/or targeted therapy in patients with severe infections caused by ESBL-producing Enterobacterales, and Clinicians should be aware of the risk of clinical failure with standard-dose C/ T therapy in septic patients receiving CRRT.
